Had the ranch chicken sandwich. Flavor was good but the chicken itself was terrible. Gristly hard like it had been microwaved. So hard, id bite in and it would shoot out the other side of the sandwich; really gross. I told the server, she said shed go tell the kitchen (what the hell do I care. Its like their taught the things to do that cost the bar nothing but kid is into feeling better). So, she ended up taking 1/2 off the sandwich, which ended up being the exact amt on my gift card. So I asked her to run another card so I could tip her. She told me that if I wanted to tip her, Id have to buy something else (huh?). So I bought a piece of cheese & tipped her $5 (minus the piece of cheese). Anyway, I only came because I had that gift card which, by the way, I tried to use 2x before and their "machine wasnt working" each time so they couldnt take the card. Now my once $50 card only had $18.50 left on it from monthly depreciation. Not part of my gripe...just sayn.

Worst experiences at a Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever had. My lunch group at work gives this place a chance about once a month but no more. Everytime we have gone we do not get out food for at least 50 min. We always order from the lunch menu which is promised to be to you within 15 min or its free. Never have I received my meal within this time frame or even close to this time frame, and I have NEVER gotten my meal for free. (Even if this was just a promotional period that is over now. I have definitely experienced this while the promotion was going on) The most recent chance that we gave this location was today. We were seated and sat, and sat. We waited for about 20 min of not even being looked at much less waited on. All while other people who arrived after us were getting their drinks ordered. After the 20 min we left and will NEVER return to this location.

I stopped in to catch a quick dinner and get out. I tried a new drink that I thought looked good and two or three sips in I realized that I did not like the drink, not only was my server Matt very nice he also saw I was not drinking my drink and came over and asked if I wanted something different instead. I mean wow, I did not even have to ask, he was observant enough to see that I was not enjoying and got me another drink! Its people like Matt that make me want to go back!

If youve got an hour and a half to spare and enjoy some sports or conversation, Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty casual place to go. The food and ambience are great; servers are generally friendly. However, that does not dismiss lengthy wait times and mistakes that are often made in the order process that have caused multiple instances of frustration for customers like myself. Overall though, its can be great if youre lucky and have some patience.

My boyfriend and I went to St. Louis for our 5 year anniversary and on our way home we decided to get a quick bite to eat. We waited for awhile to be seated and then we waited another 15 min without anyone approaching us to get us some drinks. We got up and left and looked by the bar on the way out to see about 5 waitresses standing around the bar talking. We went to Red Lobster instead. While traveling I will remember not to eat there!!!!

Second time ive gone to this location for a quick lunch, and it is the second time my food was late or didnt come at all. At my second attempt to at lunch, we sat for 45 mintues before the waitress finally asked if wanted we wanted our food to go. I do not recommend this establishment for a quick bit to eat. If your hungry and in a hurry go the one on Olive Blvd. The TV were great though.

Good food like any Buffalo Wild Wings is. Didnt like the server. She acted like she didnt want to be there, she didnt refill our waters, she hardly spoke to us and she kept trying to separate me and my girlfriends order. I told her three times I was paying but she kept doing weird stuff and trying to separate the order. We got the vibe shes not a fan of interracial relationships.

Came there on a Friday night around 12:20am when they closed at 1:00am waitress took a long time to come over to acknowledge us. All the cooks came out pissed because we were there. The waitress immediately looked at my phone to see the time to make sure to tell us that they closed at 1:00am I felt treated very poorly and would not recommend anyone go there.

Wow.. Bro.. Come on.. Im from out of town and this was the only place open and I was so hungry. I got these wings and they were at hard as my boyfriends thing in the morning. Not even edible. Rock hard. Im sure they were old ones from that night that they just heated back up. I used to come here all the time when I lived here. Never again. Get it together.

Servers were very rude, they didnt check in at all for our water or napkins or ANYTHING. Servers were very rude when I asked them were the bathroom was. The food took forever even though there was litterally no one here, maybe 3 other small families. Overall experience was very bad. Do not recommend. (Btw it was 6pm and no one was there...not surprised)

This place has great wings. I really like the spicy ones with mango and a little bit if habanero in it for the first time in the morning two weeks ago by the end of the most deadly animal control found out that the only thing that you can get an xbox 360 for is the best way to get the dog crate from the same place.

Wanted to eat here with my family an hour before they started seating for the fight. They said they would charge us $20 per person if we were still there when they started seating "even if we were waiting for the check." I understand that fight night is a special situation, but they were really rude about it.

Generally when you find hair in your food the restaurant gives you a discount, a dessert or even an Im sorry. They told me there is nothing we can do, there is the door. The company I work for goes here all the time, after this experience all of us have decided we will not support such a rude place.

Food is consistently good. Service is consistently below average. Bathrooms have smelled like foul urine for years. Update 12/11/16: Bathroom did not smell like urine for the first time ever. Our server Jaylen was friendly and attentive. Give him a raise. Im very happy about the improvements.

This location is pathetic!! I visit the one in Manchester though i live in chesterfield. Their service is much better and they stay true to their service promised unlike the people at this location.

It delivers. Bww is still a great go to for sports, beer, and wings. Service tends to be fine but is occasionally slow. That being said, it is a similar experience to any other bww nationwide

On first walking in, there seemed to be a stench in the air which disappeared but later returned after being seated. Thw waitress was really creepy and hovered after we placed thr order.
