We had the worst experience of our lives at this place tonight! The bar was crowded with a good band and we couldnt find a seat but the nice waitress waited on us. A seat opened up at the bar and we moved there and then the rude bartender (who we found out is the owners son!) would not wait on us because we had ordered a drink from the waitress....hello? Obviously they dont care if they are serving the customer, they care who is making the tips and who isnt. We waited 10 min for a beer after asking twice! The entitled, cocky, stupid owners son bartender says "If your sitting at the bar you are supposed to order drinks from me, not the waitress!) We just wanted a darn beer, not to get involved with bar politics! The stupid dork ruined the whole nite! Too bad, the place could be a lot of fun! Thwe poor waitress who was great was in training...poor girl. I hope she realizes she needs to move on to a place that treats her better. Get your crap together people!

The pizza was good. I really liked the Stromboli. The apple pie shots are homemade and are very tasty! I would give it another star if the place was not so smoky!! I mean they all smoke in this place, clientele, waiters, cooks, and bartenders. One thing I saw that was disturbing is a big ashtray below the window with a lit cigarette where the pizzas come out. I guess if you like smoked pizza you are good. I would also give it one more start for a total of five, if the service was a little more efficient. The staff tends to socialize, A LOT, leaving you hanging for service. I will give a shout out to Mike as he will compensate for the lack of service some times. There are a lot of locals, and I noticed many people go behind the bar and serve themselves. Not sure it that is the protocol to make up for the lack of service.

Not sure I can describe an experience. I walked in with my wife and 2 year old, the lights were off for the restaurant portion, and 3 employees were just sitting at the bar drinking. We waited at the "waiting to be seated" area for probably 10 minutes while the workers randomly looked at us and never came over. Figured if we had to wait over 10 minutes just to be greeted and seated when the place is dead, then getting the food would be absolutely ridiculous. So we just left. Dont think Ive ever actually just been flat out ignored at a restaurant. Incredible.

Worst service! Waited at bar for a dink for five minutes while male bartender talked with a couple. Walked past several times and looked at me. Horrible will not be back. We wanted to get pizza but no one ever came to get our order after getting menu. Four people walk in sit at table right behind us and they come right over and get their order. We finished our drinks and went to Imos pizza. Will be calling management tomorrow. They really wasnt busy either. Thats the bad part.

Only been a couple times and while I will say the Canoli was too small of a portion for the price, the pasta con broccoli was the best i ever had better than pasta house..and this was left over for a day or two. Ordered vegetarian pizza Friday night, it was loaded and delicious! Band was really good. I mean really good! Waiter was slammed yet he was on top of his game prompt and attentive and friendly. Im going in again tonight.

We had a wonderful experience at Salvatores. Our food came our so quickly we didnt even have time to finish our appetizers. We really enjoyed the fresh baked bread and homemade butter. I had four cheese ravioli and husband had the chicken Parmesan. Both were wonderful and the lunch portions were huge. The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We would definitely come back again!

Restaurant is 5 minutes from our house. Went and ordered food for takeout. Wasnt even warm when it got home. Pizza was overcooked with a burnt blackened crust. Italian Grinder was bland and overpriced. The resident Italian in the house couldnt even finish the spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs were like hard like bowling balls and the pasta overcooked. Definitely WONT be back for a second try.

Save yourself some money and go buy a frozen pizza from Walmart. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza... it was THE worst pizza I have ever tasted. I ate less than half a slice of it. So we wasted our money. The service was OK. And the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was disgusting. The cigarette smell is all over the place and it even looks cloudy inside. Never will I go back.

Food is good, we eat in and take out. Service sucks. You can come in an sit for 10 min before some notices you are there. 9 times out of 10 they will get the take out order wrong. I dont know why but there is an arrogance amongst the employees. They just dont Care.

Their all provel pizzas are the best Ive ever had as far as St. Louis style goes. If you are a fan of provel, make sure when you order to ask for all provel otherwise its a mix of half mozzarella and provel. I recommend a pepperoni and sausage, all provel.

The food is good, the service has always been pretty bad. They dont have enough servers. Very very smoky atmosphere. The karaoke on Sundays is fun. I called just now and no one picked up the phone. Still, I keep going back!

Food is overall above average. We mostly go here for the pizza which is one of the better local pizzas. Generally I dont eat here because it is too smoky but it is great for take out.
