Has anyone else become ill after eating here? Our group of 7 went for dinner on March 2, 2012. They said the wait was 35 minutes, but we waited an hour to be seated. The server was very attentive and helpful. Four of us ordered unlimited soup and salad, two had a meat soup and two had minestrone. One person ordered a bread dish, one ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, and another had dinner earlier and just ordered a drink. We also ordered calamari as an appetizer. The soup arrived lukewarm, but the rest of the food seemed fine. The three people who ordered food with meat became very ill the next morning. The other three of us did not. Has anyone else experience this issue from Olive Garden? We used to frequent this restaurant often in the past, and always had a great experience. Because we have limited our amount of dining out in the last several months, we have not been to this restaurant in over a year. Now we are trying to figure out what happened. If anyone else became ill after eating here last weekend please contact the St. Peters Health department to report it. Thank you.

Went out to dinner with my family on Friday night. The hostess took us to be seated at a table I asked if we could get a booth. She said they were closed already and we would have to wait longer. Not more than two minutes she sat the three open booths I asked to be seated in. My daughter had to wear her coat through dinner because we were seated by the window and the air conditioning vent. Well our waitress was just as bad she never told us of the special buy a meal get one to take home for tomorrow. It was never listed on the menu. The salad barely had any dressing and same for the noodles barley any sauce so it was dry. The food was way overpriced. My daughter had to ask for everything to drinks to a to go container and bags. It took forever to get our bill and we never got the mints with. We watched the booths get there bills before us and there food bagged and brought out with mints. If you get a waitress named Emma you might as well leave your service and hospitality will suck. I used to love olive garden but no can live without it forever.

Got there at 3pm in a Sunday and was not busy but still said it would be a 5 - 10 minute wait and after sitting there 5-10 minutes we asked if it was going to be much longer and answered rudely debated on leaving but we didnt and everyone that came in was told a 5-10 minute wait... finally was taken to our set waitress was very nice took our drink ordered and when she brought them told us that someone else was going to be our waitress cause she was going on lunch break but she took our order for food and then we got a new waitress and I would say they never commucated... went downhill from there food was good for two but mine had no taste to it. Was the worst dish Ive ever had at Olive Garden. I had shrimp scampi linguine. Would not recommend it. Didnt receive the breadsticks we ordered. Not the best experience! Seemed to be bad timing... was thinking at that time of day it would be somewhat quick! Not so!!

The hostess at the front desk was visibly tired. She wasnt rude, but was less than cheery and inviting. Watching him run from table to table we could tell that our server was over worked. In spite of the rude patrons and hectic evening rush, he was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. My wife initially received the wrong dish, but the server was quick to notice and correct the error. At the end of the meal we left happily, with plenty of bread sticks and mints. We noted that the dining room needed cleaning and the carpet had a slight mildewy smell.

Its really gone downhill over the last year. The food was inconsistent and the service was lacking the last 2 or 3 times we went there. Last week they messed up our orders and didnt come back to the table for 10 or 15 minutes. We had to ask several people to fix the problem because our waitress disappeared and took care of new customers instead. My wife got a bowl of soup afterward that was basically thrown on the table, and by the time one of my kids orders came out the rest of us were almost finished eating. I think were done with this place.

While the food and decor is very similar to any other Olive Garden, the service here is FANTASTIC!!! The hosts and services were wonderful, but I have to spend much appreciation to the managers. I had left my purse (with all my IDs) at the restaurant and immediately drove three hours before realizing the mistake. The manager had the purse (with not a cent missing) shipped over night to me so I would have my IDs for my plane travel the next day. Above and beyond!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Although I love the fried lasagna, the fried calamari is my 2nd fav. It used to come with pepper corn ranch and it no longer does. We were told it has been removed from the menu 3-4 months ago. Im assuming because its too expensive. We look forward to ordering that when come to eat. We will no longer be coming to this restaurant. They also do not know the meaning of dusting. I can write my name in the dust on the wall between the seats.

Took my 8 yr old granddaughter out for dinner. It was horrible. Took a long time to get our food. Then most of it was cold. Had to ask for our drinks after we got our food. Didnt get our salad,breadsticks & appetizers until after we got our food. I asked our waitress several times as well as other servers. I will not be going back anytime soon. It ruined the whole experience for us.

Horrible experience, my husband and I wanted to go back to the place where we had our first date. Olive Garden, first of all after waiting for our food for what felt like an hour when it did arrive. It was cold. So we had to call for a manager. He made our food and 15mins and he covered it all for us. Thanks for wasting our time.

The carryout meal was not good. Very little sauce on the chicken parm and brown lettuce in the salad. It was not due to the fact they were busy as we picked it up at 3:30 in the afternoon. Chicken was extra dry it was not up to par, Not a good meal at all and very disappointing!

I feel like olive garden has really gone down hill. Their pasta tastes and looks like its heated up in a container and poured on the plate. Never enough sauce. I can get equal if not better pasta at fazolis. The salad was good and the server was nice. The pasta sucks.

It was just ok. Our service really bad. Asked for a refill on my tea she brought me back tea no ice and it took her a long time to do that. She didnt even ask till the end of our meal how the food was. She just was lazy. I was up set my food was cold.
