Can ANYONE tell me why these people can NEVER get an order correct? Oh sure, I am offered the items of food that were "overlooked" and am sometimes offered additional items for free, as well. But are they really free? I will normally have to prepare something else to eat, unless I want to travel the additional miles back to the restaurant and home again...and with the price of gasoline these days? Give me a BREAK! By the time I would arrive home, everyone else in my family would have already eaten...might as well eat their meal without me...at least eat it while its warm. Am I ticked off? You bet, I am!!! I just spent alllll day at the hospital with a sick family member. All I wanted to do was come home, eat dinner with my family (8:00 PM) and then try to relax and go to bed...is that too much to ask? Evidently, it is...at least, at the Taco Bell in House Springs. Will I go there anymore? At this point in time, I plan on avoiding that particular location. I also plan on sharing my experiences with the many incompetent employees of this particular location with anyone and everyone that cares to listen to me!

Barely any meat on the number 6. They fail to take orders correctly. Multiple times Ive received no jalapenos on my spicy chalupa and sour cream when asked for no sour cream. I have received ants in the Quesadillas cold or not receiving the cheesy fiesta potatoes. I have talked to Tanya who is a manager there at least twice in three days. I would recommend if desiring taco bell to go to a different establishment or choosing some where else to eat all together.

Normally its simply Taco Bell. Last time they were too swamped and didnt have enough help. Walking in and out of a Taco Belll with just a "sorry.." was kind of weird. This isnt a corporate store I found. I guess working there is hard for employees and management. I think I hit them on a bad day but apparently theyve had a lot of bad days there lately.

They got our order wrong, they shorted us some stuff, they got our change Wrong, and WE HAD TO PULL IN FROM THE DRIVE-THRU. This place is lacking an organized sense of direction, and that is probably why it is being run BY TEENAGE GIRLS.

At the writing of this review it is currently 7:20 am. The lobby is supposed to open at 7am. It is cold outside and I am hungry. Never again will I go to tacobell for breakfast. I will give my business across the street to mcdonalds.

The best Taco bell in JEFFCO it isnt the fastest but they make up for it the food is good and they rarely mess up i dine at this location about once a week and theyve been near perfect.
