Genuinely awful. I went in and ordered a standard sandwich and a soup and my friend ordered just a sandwich. The person who made it was rude to me and in addition left the contents in a giant wad on the bread (which was quite soggy). Honestly all of the workers were obviously super unhappy to be there and if I asked a question or didnt immediately spit out my order I was greeted with eyerolls. When I went to check out the person didnt know how to do it and kept trying to upsell me relentlessly. They forgot my soup, and when I asked about it, they informed me that oh they had just forgotten it in the microwave. Besides the fact that I would never order a cream-based soup that was microwaved, when I did receive it, it was inedibly hot on the outside, cold in the middle and the lid was buckled and melted from the microwave. Gross, lackluster food with workers who make obvious their disdain for you. For $10 a person I would go anywhere else.

Im not one to post a bad review about a restaurant, things go wrong. Bad days happen. I work in the industry, I understand better than anyone. However, if youre going to advertise that you deliver: THEN DELIVER. The last TWO times I have tried to order from this particular Quiznos, they had an excuse for not being able to deliver: whether they didnt have a driver scheduled, or something else along those lines. Bottom line, this is the foodservice industry, emphasis on SERVICE. If a business is going to provide particular services, then they need to make D*MN sure theyre accomodating ALL of the services they claim to offer. Twice in a row, I havent been able to order food from a business than claims to deliver. Unacceptable.

Just okay. The food was acceptable. Au jus used to taste different now is more watered down. There wasnt a clean table in the restaurant. I wiped the crumbs off one with a napkin. Immediately after serving me both employees disappeared to then back where I could see them playing on their phones. Location needs some more managerial presence.

I always have the best experience here. The manager Michelle knows me by name because Im in so often. My sandwiches are always hot & fresh when I pick them up. Plus every time you visit you can get Q-Club card points towards a free drink, chips, or even a sandwich. Want a good sandwich, swing on by at the Quiznos on east Independence!

This restaurant has the best sub sandwiches of any of the sub restaurants! I love love love the chicken carbonara! And this particular store has very friendly helpful staff. Every time Ive been in there, they have been super friendly and do whatever little extra I asked with packaging my sandwich. A+++++!!!

Im very disappointed in this location. Pulled into this location 30 minutes before it was supposed to close (just leaving the parking lot now at 8:33) and all the chairs were up on the tables and an employee was mopping. I was really looking forward to a sandwich, but will be taking my money elsewhere now.
