A typical fast food restaurant. The food is prepared in front of you, and always tastes fresh, and is on par for price with the other sub sandwich places. The staff is friendly and greets every customer. A great place to go for a quick lunch break or on the go. However, it is loud and they can get backed up during peak business hours slowing them down a little, as with any fast food restaurant, but this keeps them from getting any better than 3 stars.

We love visiting Firehouse, and make a point to find one in every city we visit. Our kiddos love the drink machines that give you 5 million options. This location makes great tasting sandwiches, it just so happened that on our visit, they werent the right sandwiches. Shift Manager took care of it quickly and got us on our way. DELICIOUS.

Great food but Im always supprised at how long it takes to get my food here. Im standing here watching the employees move really slowly. Some training from the Jimmy Johns employees could be beneficial. No reason a sub should take this long to make with 5 employees in the kitchen. However everyone is nice and the food is always on point.

I enjoy getting a sandwich here periodically. The ingredients used would be my main reason to eat here. It is certainly a better quality than many of their competitors. Do not expect a quick grab and go though when you order. The line does not move very quickly and they take 2-3 times longer than the fast food sandwich shops.

The food was simply amazing! The staff here was very nice and everyone had a smile on their face when me and my friends arrived. Not to mention I lost my wallet and the manager said she would ship it to St.Louis for me! I am forever grateful to this wonderful establishment! Thank you!

I think they have some of the best subs in town. They have good tea. Be sure to read the list of stuff you can add to your sandwich. You can get anything put on any sandwich. The works plus more stuff. The sauce is delicious. I think its a decent value too.

If you havent had Firehouse subs, stop whatever youre doing now and go there NOW. If youve only had subway then get ready for a life changing event. Firehouse puts all out sandwich shops to shame.
