Our experience was very positive. My wife and I rarely go out to eat because we enjoy our own cooking too much! But we were very pleasantly surprised about the quality of food presented by this particular restaurant this past Saturday afternoon. The salad and bread sticks area wonderful accompaniment to the entrees. My wife loved her garlic breaded shrimp which she ordered as an appetizer with a side of bucatini pasta with marinara sauce. I couldnt resist the sampler plate with Chicken Parmesan, Alfredo sauce with noodles, and a piece of lasagna. The chicken was moist and cooked to perfection with a crisp breading, the noodles in the Alfredo sauce were just right and the sauce was very cheesy, and the lasagna was well seasoned and quite good. Also, the house white wine was a very acceptable choice being not too sweet and pleasantly dry. We must compliment the kitchen for delivering our orders in a timely fashion and at just the right temperature even though we essentially had 5 dishes in all...I felt like Gorden Ramsey who tries many dishes from a restaurant kitchen to determine their commitment to quality. Id have to say "hats off" to this kitchen and the chef for their excellent performance!.

I agree with Nick Gorbunovs comment on this place in arden hills. Its run down and just flat out nasty. The food was okay, our waitress was the only good thing about it since she was basically the only one even working. While we were eating the other staff was loud, cleaning right by us while my girlfriend and I were trying to talk, then the other staff would just group up and talk right in the middle of people eating. This place might as well close down, I remember when the Olive garden was actually a nice place, but this place just flat out sucked. The best way I can word the Olive Garden in Arden Hills is this.....Its flat out Ghetto. I wont ever go back to this place and I really hope they shut the doors on this horrible restaurant. I gave it 2 stars mainly because this young waitress that had long blonde hair was the only good thing to come out of that restaurant and I must say (I really wish I remembered her name because shes the only one that deserves the good review. She deserves to be a waitress at a better place than this. She checked up on us and didnt overdue her visits, she was professional and kept our glasses full.

Been here on multiple occasion in the past year generally a very good experience. The last couple times we did wait between 10-15 minutes though they didnt seem busy. But Im reasonable Im sure they were busy in some fashion. Service there is usually fairly quick, we had the bread sticks and salad of course. Then a side of penne noodles with cheese. DO NOT PLAY THEIR GAMES: The kiosk may be attractive to some children but its also another $1.99 ding to the table. If youre going out probably should be spending time playing a game regardless. Atmosphere: 5 Fairly loud (not too crowded but full all across we came around 630pm) Service: 5 Consistent (Asked if we needed more water and refilled our salad) Food Quality: 5 Its a chain (But very consistent every time weve visited Cleanliness: 5 Not bad (You see staff going around cleaning) Cost: $30 - $45 average Stars: 5. Ill be back.

We stopped in for lunch and it was comically the worst dining experience wed ever had. We have never walked out of a restaurant before today. I ordered a peach Bellini that came blended and with no straw. I flagged down three servers to ask for one, ours was missing, and they all promptly ignored me. Finally, a girl said she would bring me one and never came back. I ordered a soup and it looked like an octopus tentacle made out of raw chicken. It didnt look edible and I wasnt going to try. I wanted to exchange it for a different soup, but no one stopped by our table for fifteen minutes. We let the front desk gentleman know we were leaving. The only pleasant thing about the entire thing was the very nice kid who showed us to our table. Very kind and personable.

Excellent food and service. I dont know why people have some negative connotation about olive garden, maybe its because its a chain with reasonably priced food? In my opinion, its just as good as its top notch Italian food rivals. The new seafood lasagna is fantastic. I didnt know what to think of it at first. I got it with the deal that allows me to bring another dinner home for free. The lasagna was just amazing with just the right amount of white sauce. Wait, the soup was even better. I got the cream of chicken soup, it had some spinach in it which makes it super refreshing. I just ate my brought home cheese ravioli. Its soo good. I love love love this place. Its clean and no wait as well.

Fraud alert: I used my debit card at this restaurant (Olive Garden, Roseville MN) on September 17th. Just found out today close to 1700 dollars had been charged to my card through paypal. i dont have a paypal account. Olive garden was the only place my card was out of my sight. Whoever used the information had to know the acct. #, expiration date and the security # on the back. My card has been canceled and a new one on the way. Do not allow your card to be used away from your table or pay cash.

This place is so run down, its not funny. Tables have paint stains on them, soups came in a plate that looked like they scooped soup up with our plates, breadsticks thrown in a worn out plastic container. Staff was super unattentive, like they were avoiding us on purpose. Didnt even take our soup plates out of the way when they brought out our entrees. No refills on drinks, no "hows the food?". First time in my life that I didnt leave a tip.

The food is always good. Trying to pay with the new machines on the table always ends my meal feeling frustrated. I recommend letting the server just take your money and save the headache...... Without trying to get the little machine to work, Id have given a 4 star rating..... Update: I sent in customer feedback, and they never even responded to say "thanks for the feedback". I wonder if they read them?

It was great location for our group of 8. They offer half price wine and beer while you wait for your table, which is a wonderful feature. The bartender was wonderful. My son ordered soup and breadsticks and had to ask multiple times to get a second bowl of soup, and when he asked for a little of a third (twice), it never came, even though the server said he would be right back with it.
