Surprisingly I have received the poorest service from this location then I have ever had from any fast food place, not just Burger Kings. Recently was asked to pull around and wait in the lot for my food. Waited for 20 minutes...not exaggerating. Finally walked inside and was told it was my fault that I didnt flag down the worker who supposedly came out with my food during the time I was waiting. Of course I wasnt asked to keep an eye out to flag some one down for my food, but I suppose its all my fault smh. The manager in charge was very rude, eventually refunded my money, while very loudly complaining about me. They did offer us the food to take home however the food was so long gone from even being warm and something servable that we just said no thanks and left. Unfortunately we will not be eating at this establishment any longer.

The food met our expectations, but thats about all. The entire place needs a good scrubbing! Everything was grimy... from the front counter to the condiment/drink area to the booths and tables in the eating area. I was even less pleased by the customer service that we received. The gal who took our order was fine, but the rest not-so-much. After we got our food I went up to the counter to ask for a fork. I waited at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and that was by the original gal when she came out from the back area. The whole time I stood waiting, there were two other workers available who could have taken 10 seconds to give me a fork, but instead found themselves too engaged in gossiping about their coworkers to do so.

OMFG!!! This is the WORST Burger King I ever went to! Came inside to eat due to kids. And the service was HORRIBLE! They give you your cup but when you go to fill it they had NO ICE, AND the only thing they had was FANTA. Ok so I make them give me my drink from the drive thru machine. And I get to the table.... Every one of them has food residue on them. I feel like I was teleported to another dimension. Lord help me I will NEVER come here again! Makes me worried about my food!

Have been here twice since moving to the area. Both in drive thru. First experience was odd as they were closing 2 hours early due to an emergency. I was worried that my food would be awful as they were closing in 3 minutes. But, it wasnt. In fact, they made me fresh everything and it was amazing. Second visit was also good as I got excellent service, my order was correct, food hot and tasty. So far, Ive had nothing but good luck from this location.

Great staff. My burger did not have any A1 sauce on it when I ordered it. I went back up to the counter and they corrected the problem and apologized. Later as I was eating they came out and checked how my food was. When I was done eating they came and took our trays away. I felt like I was being taken care of. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

Majority of my hash browns are hard and too crunchy. They dont fill the bag with them as other bks do. Didnt give me napkins or receipt in drive thru. Also went here a month ago & the woman at the drive thru was impatient and rude trying to understand my husbands thick accent. Think Ill stick with the New Brighton location.

Slow service and have yet to get my order right. The manager is a bitter little elf from the south pole who finds the English language extremely difficult to comprehend. When I called to complain he spouted some incoherent babble and went back to making toy burgers. Find happiness little elf....find happiness...

The employees here are worthless, they act as if its their first day on the job. The manager seriously needs to provide them with better training. This burger King is clean and somewhat recently remodeled, but because of the clueless employees, Id suggest going elsewhere.

Although Burger King in general isnt very good, this location is horrible..I received burnt chicken and french fries were super salty.i did get pretty good service , but my stomach says yuck...I wont be stopping there anytime soon..

Got the 10 piece chicken nugget. For a $1.49 it was a great deal, but it does not compare to the McNugget. A McNugget has a certain flavor that can not be matched. Give up BK.
