I would absolutely love to share my experience here. There is an employee working the drive thru who believes its okay to steal peoples card numbers when you hand your card over in the drive thru and have no control over what happens to it once they close the window. I purchased dinner from here last night and this morning my bank account was emptied with online "game" purchases. My banks fraud department is working on it but now on this holiday weekend when I have plans to go out of town, I have no access to MY hard earned money or my debit card which had to be cancelled. And with tomorrow being a holiday, Im looking at next week at getting my money back. My bank was able to deduce the issue came from this restaurant because it was the last place I used it AND the ONLY place that doesnt have a chip reader-the fraud specialist can tell you every purchase you used a pin andor chip. I just called to speak with a manager to let them know this is happening and make a complaint and was hung up on. So its my assumption they either know or dont care. Springfield has been buying this slop for years.

um gee where do i start? how about the staple on my napkins in my to go bag? they actually staple a few napkins on the inside of your bag. so be careful when you want to wipe you mouth you dont draw blood! walked in ordered 2 items to go. got home gee guess what? missing a nice part of my order!!!!!! Hello!!! Dont you just love that when it happens to you? #18 chicken & broccoli large. i dumped this onto a plate at home and i see gigantic pieces of broccoli. Lovely if you want to chew on that for 10 minutes in your mouth as water comes gushing past your bloody lips! my god did i order water? Tasteless.....Bland....Zero Flavor....Wished I never ordered food from there. Guess what? I will never ever in my entire life go into that rat hole of a place and attempt to eat their horrible food and wipe my mouth with a stapled napkin to bleed at home! My search continues on for a much better chinese fast food place to eat for two under $20.00 Good Luck to me signing off, Bloody Lips

I went here with a friend who was not satisfied with her food, she even touched. She stated she wanted a refund. Instead of the owner, Si A. Tang, trying to remedy the situation and at least offer her something different, he told her that hes in this business to make money and not give it away. He came out with a pretentious attitude. His customer service was terrible. I understand that you cant just get your money back after buying food, but be could have acted like he cared and tried to swap it out or something. His attitude was very bad and she was calm talking to him and so was I. He didnt care about saving a customer, well it was 3 of us. I told him his customer service was disappointing, he said thats fine. He didnt care about his first impression at all. It was the first and the last time going there. My food was ok to me, but because of his customer service Id never go back. Si A Tang, you should treat EVERY customer as if they matter.

This is what I consider low quality chinese food. There is really nothing special about their restaurant. Im not saying the food is bad, but I would compare it to something I can cook at home. My main complaint about this place is one time I was eating in the restaurant and I walked up to the front to ask an employee if I could get a to-go box for my unfinished meal. As she handed it to me, another employee cleaned off my table and threw my food away within the 30 second walk to the front. I wouldnt have been as upset if the same woman who did that didnt have an attitude problem. Shes a taller female with black hair, and everything Ive seen her, shes never smiled. It doesnt make me feel too welcome. But ignoring her terrible service, the food has low cost for a Chinese restaurant. The cost to taste ratio isnt too bad.

After living in Springfield my whole life I came to realize that this location of the Hong Kong Inn had the best tasting Cashew Chicken in town and, as you all should know by now, Springfield is the Cashew Chicken capitol so its important. Ive had other choices from their menu, as has my wife and they are all great. The egg rolls are excellent (no pun intended) with mustard or without. They do short you on cashews but you can ask for extra (for a minimal cost). The rice is always cooked perfectly and the service is very quick (we always use the drive-through. You can tell how popular a place is by the number of cars in the drive-through line. This place is so popular because the food is so good that the line extends into Glenstone several times each day.

Re: location on Kearney St. Just got carryout, when I got all the way home realized they shorted me the eggroll (my favorite part) of the Daily Special. I called them. Their lame solution was to give me a "free" eggroll the next time I am in. 1. its NOT free, I paid for it tonight 2. there is no consideration given to the inconvenience or the diminished enjoyment of tonights meal. 3. Except for popping in to get my eggroll I will not be visiting them anytime soon. FYI to everyone, not all their locations have the same menu, the daily special at the Kearney location allegedly doesnt come with wontons, whereas it does at the Glenstone location. I am not happy with them.

Some of the best Chinese food Ive had in years, easily comparable to my favourite restaurant in California. The chicken portion of the sweet and sour chicken daily special was huge and very filling, the rice was perfect but the egg roll was a bit stale, perhaps from being made earlier in the day. Later in the day I returned and ordered cashew chicken, which was also excellent although there werent many cashews, but I dont like very many in cashew chicken anyway so it didnt bother me. The prices are amazing for the portion size, double what youd get at Panda Express for twice the price. The daily special is $4.49 IIRC and they also have a smaller meal for $2.99.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive had. The drive thru lady was incredibly rude to me. I forgot to order one thing so I apologized profusely and asked her if it wasnt a big inconvenience, if she wouldnt mind adding that item to my order. She then rolled her eyes, looked at me incredulously and said "you just want me to get soaked." Then she proceeded to storm off. I was nothing but nice to her, and this is how I was treated. I usually drive the extra miles to come to this location because, in my opinion, its the best one in the city. However, you have now lost a customer due to her.

Been there twice, they overcharged me twice. This place specializes in ripping people off. Usually, they will conviently forget your egg roll or crab rangoon and they always find a way to charge u for extra things you dont buy. If u point out where theyre over charging you, then they act like youre an imbusal for complaining over something small and refuse to give you back the money they just over charged you. I know several people who have boycotted this restraunt for their immoral behavior
