Just got remodeled with new staff who dont have a clue of what customer service is. They are distant, careless on time and most of all seem to have no idea what they are doing. They have both people make food and no one at the register. Have been to the Burnsville, Eden prairie and Richfield locations. Like them all except for this one in Bloomington is absolutely atrocious. Waited 15 for them to get me food and still charged for adding rice only when I asked for half noodles. Train these employees and hire more. I am certain I am not the only one experiencing this.

The manager..or some guy who acts important is the most rude person I have ever come across in a LeeAnn Chin anywhere. Ignores customers, makes snotty remarks, and makes you repeat yourself as if he is deaf.The last 3 times I got Sesame chicken there it was inedible. The guy accepts no feedback whatsoever Sympathy to the nice people working there Skip it and go to Zantigo next door.

Every time I visit this location there is an issue. Tonight it was that they were completely out of white and brown rice with no option to wait for it to be made. Last time I went the fried rice tasted burned and didnt want to waste my money on that again. You should probably skip this location and pick a different restaurant.

Im a vegetarian and I went in and asked if they had anything vegetarian. The response I received was "green beans." I said those are a side. He stated "you could get them with rice." I asked would you eat that for a meal? The response was "Im not a vegetarian." Nice customer service!

We went for the frozen yogurt. My mom wanted raspberries. There was one bowl of fresh raspberries and one disgusting bowl of rotting raspberries with flies on it. He took raspberries from the rotten bowl and put them on my moms ice cream!! He was very rude too. We havent gone since.

Its good, fast Chinese. The price is a bit much, bit they have a not-advertised kids tray for just under $5 which comes with entree, side and an appetizer and the portion winds up being perfectly human-sized. The frozen yogurt they sell is the best!

Service personnel didnt pay alot of attention to what we ordered. Unlike most other restaurants, they will not give seniors or veterans ANY discount. Food was cold... Wont becoming back!!
