Bad cook. Ruined everything but the filet so I couldnt be upset too much. But he was very sloppy in his work and very slow. Dumped out dipping sauce everywhere right off the bat. A lot of food was wasted flying all over and flinging grease towards the family opposite me as he cleaned. (Which later, they had a bus tub full of drinks spill all over them and their stuff.) His delivery was underwhelming and most of the food was undercooked and over seasoned. Not the experience I was expecting as its usually a favorite for us.

My mother and I just ate the hibatchi lunch. It was pretty disappointing. The salad dressing was super sweet, the California rolls were not fresh, nor were they large enough for $6, the rice was good, noodles sweet, a couple of the vegetables needed cooked longer. Lastly the teriyaki on the chicken was very overwhelming and the shrimp was sweet for some reason. I dont know if it was the chef or if it is normally like this.

My wife and I were guests of Joe and Mihae (we call her Michelle). We were treated like royalty from the time we stepped into Fujis until the time we drove out of the parking lot. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food and the service were excellent. We liked everything about Fujis Springfield, MO, and we will be back. 5 star rating for a reason.

My family of four went there for dinner. My wife likes sushi and said that the tuna roll was the best she has ever had. I have to say that I could have just eaten the fried rice and noodles but the steak was stellar. Great job Fujis, its made our family restaurant list. Also thought it was very reasonably priced also.

Disappointing sushi. Grill is okay. We had a long wait to be seated and when we finally received our sushi, it was a bit frozen, which means it had been sitting on the ice too long and was sub-par. I think one of the chefs was new and wasnt moving very fast. The grilled meats are decent, but not the best in town.

Always a great place to eat. I love the atmosphere and the food. It has a nice sushi menu, hibachi menu, and the servers are on point and friendly. My wife and I make this one of our regulars for sushi. We typically get there rolls and spend about 30$ before tip. Highly recommended.

Theu treat you like royalty. The chefs here are awesome too. They put on a great show that takes my focus off of the fact that i just spent a quarter of my grocery money here. Just kidding, the prices are very good consodering the show and the great quality of food they give you

We visit Branson once a month from St. Louis. We always stop on the way home for the BEST Cashew Chicken ever!! My husband usually gets the sweet & sour chicken w/ crab rangoon. Staff always friendly,& food comes very quickly! I also always get the delicious hot tea ☕️ !!!!!!

We Love Fuji! Our families favorite place to eat. Lazy joe roll for sushi. Crab rangoon is amazing. The Volcano adult beverage is amazing. My kids love the Japanese flavored soda. May is a great server and Joses cooking is perfect everytime.

Great Atmosphere. Great food. If you have seen the show at a Japanese steak house, you have seen the show at all of them. Dont expect anything different there. I wish they wouldnt up charge you $2 for fried rice over steamed rice.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great high quality food and sushi. Also has a great alcoholic drink selection that Ive never tried. But the selection seems fancy enough for a higher end Japanese restaurant.

I go here every year for any special occasion. It is amazing and I have never had a bad experience in the last 8 years I have gone. My friends and family also enjoyed the grill food along with the sushi.

The food is good. They will not be honest about wait times. If they tell you 20 minutes expect to wait an hour like I am right now. This is not uncommon.
