Do not eat here. We ordered calamari as an app and two types of sushi rolls. We got our drinks and then sat there for forty minutes with no app and no one checking in. Finally my fiance said something and the waitress said she would try to help but didnt know who our server was. A few minutes later she comes back with the bill! We told her we didnt even get food and she left again. Moments later we finally got food but no app. They also forgot to take the app off our bill. Needless to say were leaving still hungry and pretty upset. There are plenty of good sushi places in Hudson. I will never be going to this one again and never recommending them to anyone.

Wow hands down best sushi in town. Amazing servings. Greatest! Great! Awesome! the service was great! Waiter was really sweet answered all my questions about the menu. Food was well prepared and presentations of the food was bomb! I had seaweed salad! Yum! calamari was fresh cooked well.and angry dragon roll is my new favorite it comes wrapped in something thats not nori and is delicious . Also had the rainbow roll. Amazing ! Fish is fresh tasting. Everyone give it a try! Great experience will return to try more things on the menu!

We waited at the bar for over 10 minutes to be served tonight. We even asked for help and we were essentially ignored. They were clearly short staffed. Many other patrons were getting up and bringing their bills to the register because they had been waiting. I have been here before and enjoyed the food, but the service is not stellar and tonight we left without ordering.

Ive had nothing but a great experience there over half a dozen times eating there. All of the sushi is fantastic. The fish is very fresh. I watched the sushi chef open a tuna that was not more than 48 hours caught. I think sometimes service can be slow as theyre working some of the Kinks out however the wait is always worthwhile.

I also like some of the other Japanese and Asian options in Hudson, but Sapporo is our go-to in Hudson now. Good sushi options, great Japanese grill fare, and a good appetizer selection. Service can be on the slower end sometimes, so make sure you arent trying to squeeze in a dinner before a show or an appointment.

I am so thrilled that we have a quality Japanese restaurant in Hudson. I loved the Yakitori ($5.95)- Chicken strips on skewers and the Tempura Shrimp Combo ($8.95). My wife loved the Yakitori and the Vegetable Tempura ($6.95). I want to try the Filet Mignon ($11.95). These are Appetizer and Side Order Prices.

I have seen great service at other tables, been here three times and got the same waitress with an attitude each time. Some of the food items are awesome and some are horrible, avoid anything with breading. Facility is a nice design. Been here only for lunch. Prices are on the higher side.

Out of all the rainbow rolls Ive had this place has the best Ive ever tasted, not dense but aromatic and delightful. Nice atmosphere, and excellent presentation. The mochi ice cream literally forced a smile to my face, had the strawberry. Definitely planning on return visits

Foodies dream. This place presents food beautifully. We always have great good and service. Experience is a bit expensive but its very impressive. The boxes are very nice. The hibachi is easy to eat. Sushi for two is more like for four. You cannot walk away hungry.

The prices are very reasonable and everything me and my friends have tried from the menu has been nothing short of delicious. The have ramune available on the menu which is a huge plus and really adds to the expirence (and they have a good selection available).

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened, as I work right around the corner. Had the Scallops for dinner, VERY good, and reasonably priced for the large portion you get. Will certainly be back to try some Teriyaki/Sushi for lunch.

Went here for the first time for my moms birthday. Excellent service, was the best Japanese food Ive had! When they found out we were celebrating a birthday they brought a drum out to accompany our singing and free dessert!
