First of all we ordered the fried crab tempura and it not only smelled rotten but when we broke it open, the guts were inside and they were black and definitely rotten. Next, we did not eat at The Hibachi Grill. We ate in the main dining area and ordered chicken teriyaki. There were four very tiny pieces of broccoli that were actually used for declaration and there were some vegetables but so tiny and cooked to death that you could barely tell there any vegetables on the plate at all. I still dont understand why there were no vegetables mixed in with the chicken. Now on the upper note, we informed the manager about the crab tempura and he gladly took it off of our bill so other than the fact that we had no vegetables, the flavor was really good and the service was good as well

We just tried to eat here on a Sunday at 1 in the afternoon. We called ahead to make sure they were open for hibachi and were told yes, ao we drove the 45 minutes only to be greeted and when we asked "2 for Hibachi"..."Sorry all four tables are full and we only have one chef so it will be a really long wait". They didnt know how long, they didnt offer us to sit at a dine in table for a drink or to look at the menu, nothing. We left and went to Yoshida instead. Poor customer service.

I have been to this restaurant twice now and both time my food was very gross. I got steak and shrimp last time and it was gross and this time I got filet minon and scallops and my medium steak came out rare and raw and my scallops tasted ruined and old. Also the yum yum Sauce is not the same as every other place it tasted like mayonnaise. Never the less the servers and staff was nice and the restaurant was clean but the food experience was awful two different times.

This place is amazing! Happy, friendly staff and the management really cares about costumer opinion. The food is delicious and portions are such that you definitely will not leave hungry. I always have lunch the next day lol Every moment is very enjoyable. Whether youre looking for a great place to have date night or a family-friendly place thats fun for the kids, Ninjas is the place to go!

We had a family lunch here and not bad for Japanese Steak House the girls eat sea food as does the son but l stick with Beef and Shrimp still a thumbs up family of four from lunch Hibachi ran from 8.95 to 13.95

So compared to Yoshi. Price wise was WAY better, facility was clean and beautiful. Nice staff, and the food was tasty. Sushi was good and received more in comparison to Yoshi.
