The food here is usually really good. They have good sandwiches, typically good salads, and they offer a unique pizza. I personally am not a huge fan of thin crust pizza, but theirs is actually really good. Not to mention the wonderful dessert options. Its has an interesting atmosphere, kinda makes you think of a fancy Italian vineyard. The staff is all friendly and quick to get what you need. Its also really cool to watch your pizza be made from the dining floor. The only real downside is that the noise level can get pretty high when theyre crowded, and they are a popular destination and can get quite crowded very often and quickly sometimes. The only reason I wont give five stars is because it seems that it is almost always loud, and that takes away from my ability to enjoy the atmosphere. Other than that, Arris Pizza is a wonderful place to go for a great dinner with the family.

Went for Sunday lunch buffet. Arrived at around 5 minutes before they open at 11am. There were already 5 or 6 cars waiting. Was seated quickly. Place was nearly full by 11:15. Salad bar was high quality. Pizza is thin and greasy and delicious. Not made by snot-nose teenagers, but by some real pizza artists. Ive always said that the secret to finding a good Asian restaurant is to find one patronized by Asians. Well, this place is full of Italians, and they clearly enjoy this excellent pizza. Even the parmesean at the tables is extra powdery and not clumpy, and every table has a bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce. I highly recommend this excellent eatery!

Im from out of town and I was visiting family in Springfield during my 21st birthday. I heard rave reviews about Arris pizza and decided to have my birthday dinner there. I could not have been more pleased with the result. When we got there they were already full because it was a Friday night but they made every effort to make us feel comfortable and serve us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we were a large group of 20 people. All in all, the management was extremely friendly, the waitresses were wonderful, and the food was exceptional.

Arris often is fairly crowded, but their pizza is well worth the wait. They have toppings to do Greek style, as far as ingredients are concerned...but they bake them in a traditional pizza oven, and not in a pan as Greek style may suggest to some people. Regardless, the topping choices are numerous and the end product is superb. They use mozzarella, and not Provel, which is a huge plus in my book. My favorite pizzas from them are pepperoni/mushroom/onion, or a sausage/jalapeno pizza. I definitely recommend them.

The meatballs are the same as what you would get in a can. The pizza crust is some flavorless pre-made stuff and it is over priced. The salad was wilted. Its lower quality than fast food and cost twice as much. The place looks cheap; has a very low budget look. I cant believe people rated this place highly. I can only guess that most people have grown accustomed to low quality food and a fast food atmosphere.

I really love this place. Weve only been twice, but both times we had great service and great food. The pizza is pretty amazing and the bruschetta alone is worth going back for. The desserts are pretty amazing, too. They have a platter with each dessert they bring out so you can see what they all look like before you choose. For this type of place I feel like the prices are reasonable as well.

Stopped here during a long road trip and was very pleasantly surprised by the fun atmosphere and EXCELLENT food. I was thrilled to find gluten-free pizza crust, and a tasty one, at that, with fresh ingredients at a decent price. The pizza was large enough for me to share with my 8-year-old, and we had the leftovers for breakfast the next morning. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great thin crust pizza, with a wonderful fluted edge thats chewy and crispy at the same time. Fresh ingredients--gotta try the Greek sausage topping! Other menu offerings are tasty as well. A standard order is their Greek salad--perfect for a light lunch. One of the best pizza places around!

I felt a bit of sexism from the host. The food was delicious. I tried the spaghetti, gluten free pizza, gyro, and salad. Everything was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly as well. The environment created between the décor and music helped to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Good prices and nice place. However the food was nothing exceptional. Honestly while Im not a food connoisseur the food tasted like something I would get at McDonalds. (however in context I have never minded the taste of McDonalds food. So take it how you will)

Too many places do pizza, this is the only place that should. This is a Springfield must and soon to be a legend. If you are on the southside of town and do not mind a strip mall location, that is only hit on this place, this will work and work well for you.

The buffet was quite bad. The pizza was salty, greasy and unlabeled as to what it was on the buffet table. I could recommend other choices that are on the menu, but after today I dont think I will be coming back and/or recommending it to others.

Came in for a gyro but there was a great Sunday pizza buffet. Reasonable prices & the staff was really friendly. I travel a lot and they really make you feel welcome (even in a crowded restaurant). Definitely recommend stopping for a visit!

I really dont understand the appeal. the pizza is really greasy, the salad bar contains cheap white iceberg lettuce with a boring topping selection, and the food is generally unhealthy. If you like thin, limp greasy pizza, go to Arris.

Loved our time there. The pizza came out "burnt". Really it was just a little brown but they gave it to us for free anyway! Would recommend to friends. If they dont already they should make some gluten free pizza so I can go back!

Without a doubt the best pizza I have ever had and Ive had a lot of pizza. Those who love blue cheese should get the Pandora pizza. Its incredible. No wonder Brangelina like to go there whenever they are in town with the kids.

This place has some great pizza, with a Greek theme to it. Its also connected to Kremers, so you can go there, have some drinks and enjoy the same great pizza in more of an adult atmosphere.

Best pizza in town by far. The Parmesan shaker cheese is the only negative—its the powder that taste nothing like parm. But best pizza goes to Arris! Youll feel welcome every time too.

Love, love, love the ground hamburger pizza. A friend of mine got me hooked on the pizza here over 10 years ago. We always get our food to go, so Im not sure about the atmosphere.

Consistently great food and service. I have been coming here for years for both the Sunday buffet and for Greek sausage pizza during the week. Best pizza in Springfield.
