I will never be back to the Pizza Gallery nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone I ever come across. The "New" owners which I gathered owned this place before as well are the rudest small business owners that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They were rude, disrespectful, and unconcerned with making a past/future customer satisfied must less honoring a gift certificate with his business name and logo on it. A few months ago I had received 6- $20 gift certificates from the Pizza Gallery. They were purchased and given to me as a gift. I went to redeem one of the $20 certificates and was told it is not valid because if was given by the "old owner" and this is not the "new owners” bill. He told me he did not collect the money for the purchase of these certificates. The “new owner” quickly offered the phone number of the "old owner” and stated that maybe I could call him and he would come and buy me my pizza. At this point I realized where this conversation was going. I explained to him the issue is a service issue, not a money issue. I explained to him that I manage a local business in the area where we promote his business. My employees distribute his menus to our customers so they can order from his business. I told him that I was not sure I was going to continue this if this is the way he treats his/my customers. When I explained this to him, his response was “I don’t care , we don’t deliver there much anyways”. We went back and forth on this matter and was clearly not getting anywhere with the bull headed man. I suggest that if you want to help a small business in the area I would go to someone who appreciates the business and will treat you with at least a bit of dignity and respect.

Prior to ordering I read the reviews - which were all great. I saw one review that actually made me laugh- Dan stating that he felt interrogated because they wanted his last name. So, I called and started to place my order. We were in a hotel and her first question was pick up or delivery- delivery is my answer. Telephone number please- so I start to give my cell phone. She says are you staying in a hotel- I say yes. She says give me the hotel number- mind you my baby is screaming in the background, Im not near the hotel phone but she says shell wait while I find it. Im starting to get annoyed. I give her the hotel number and our room number and the "interrogation" begins. What is your name- I give my name. Then she says what is your last name. I state "J." for the initial. She says its spelled Jay- I tell her no, its J for the initial. What is the last name she says, we need to be able to find you if we have a problem. I said Im just ordering pizza I really dont think you need my last name. Ill meet you in the lobby if there is a problem. She says so youre not going to give the last name. Me: No, take my cell phone number. Her: Fine. I know this review is about the pizza but maybe you should stop asking for the last name and accept the initial and cell phone number. The pizza was good. We were all kind of sick with head colds so our tastebuds were not 100%. Delivery was SUPER FAST. They arrived in 15 mins even though I was quoted 40mins which was amazing!

Let me start by saying that I order food from here all the time, and love there food! Especially the chicken! But today when I gave them my number to order, they asked for a last name, since there was not one listed. I told them that the initial k would b fine, (considering my last name is none of their business) so he put it in the computer, and we complete the transaction. After hanging up I realized that they did not mention a note to call instead of ringing the doorbell, so I called back. This time it was a women who answered. When I asked her to call instead of ringing the doorbell, she asked my address, after giving her my address she told me there is only an initial for the last name. I told her I know. She asked what the name was. I told Dan k. Interrogating me about my last name, repeatedly asking me what my name was. This woman that made me feel extremely uncomfortable! I order from here all the time! My name is never been an issue before, and frankly its none of their business! What matters is that I am a regular customer orders here all the time tips well and i am always friendly. No need to make your customers feel like there in an interrogation room! Other than this isolated incident, I have had nothing but good things to say.

Obviously whoever said the sauce is bland is not able to distinguish when a pizza sauce is made with a selection of spices. I was impressed, first with the woman who took our order. The timeliness of the order was spot on, and the driver supplied us with napkins, which we did not request, but ended up needing, thanks. The pizza was a much needed change from the corporate crap we eat bi-monthly. Sauce is just fine, tinge of oregano is dominant, yet leaves me tasting other spices. NOT BLAND SAUCE. The sauce blends well with the ingredients, at least Pepperoni, pineapple, our favorite. Maybe this sauce does not go so well with other ingredients, thats the only explanation I can think of for the one bad review this place had. The cheese was thick, and we did not order extra cheese. If you do not like a lot of cheese, request lite cheese from this place, they layer it on and it is good! Seems like the cheese may even be a high butter fat content, which is not cheap cheese and provides mouthwatering flavor. I am used to Duane s house of pizza in Fargo, ND for my pizza of choice. I can say that tonight, giving how famished we were, I would choose Pizza Gallery.

these guys are just wonderful, not only did my order go smooth, they were kind. the food got to me in a timely manner. when the delivery guy got to my place he gave me my food, i tipped him and he gave me the food. as i was walking away he goes, "oh, the cook made you two phillys just cause. so enjoy." completely unaware i turned 26 and the day was my golden bday. im a very giving person things like this rarely happen to me. so this stands out. kts a gift that will ultimately have me here writing this review. the service the food and the all around empathy these guys have should be the reason you buy from pizza gallery.... thanks gents.

Went to pappys today at 10:08 door locked, couldnt get in even though they closed at 11.....thats a whole hour early, employee standing by back counter texting on his phone, so we knock on window he ignores us, knock again finally looks up, show him time as to why he closed early, shrugs and goes back to texting, extremely horrible customer service unless not serving your customers and closing early to text on your phone is the jobs policy, man should get fired for that, will call in a.m to complain, I sure hope hes not a manager. I posted a photo of the lazy employee on website please feel free to admire his texting skills.
