Classless business with trashy employees, I order from the Burnsville location off of thirteen last night. Ive never ordered from this company before and never will again. Firstly the delivery man didnt even get out of his car than made excuse about it. He also left me a rude voicemail saying "This is the deliveryman from Pizza man I dont know what to tell ya."( no he wasnt waiting long literally a minute or two) Then when I signed the receipt he looked to see how much of a tip I gave him before giving me a copy. I shouldnt have tipped at all but I did and more than he and this company is worth; three dollars . On top of all that this pizza was disgusting salty poorly made certainly not worth the money which was twenty dollars for a small .The size of a personal pizza unless they gave me the wrong size and over charged me which I dont put pass them. Shady employees and no dout company. Dont get it its not worth it ,store bought pizza is better seriously .This is not just and unsatisfied rant its the truth.

I never thought of ordering a pizza as an educational experience, until I ordered from Pizza Man! I was planning on using my coupon , it was a take out special for a one topping pizza. My plan was BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce, and chicken as my one topping. When I was talking to the employee, (heres where the educational portion took place) he told me BBQ sauce is a topping so the coupon wouldnt work because that would put me at TWO toppings..I have not returned .

We specifically asked for the $25 meal deal. Whoever took the irder nessed it up and rang it through as one step down. Upon recieving the order we called to tell them it was incorrect. They refused to make it right saying we got what we ordered. Im ok with business making mistakes but will not be ordering from them if they cant take responsiblility and make it right.

Savage pizza man is great! I dont know why burnsville pizza man is so bad. If you can eat the chicken wings I will buy them for you. Its so nasty! I had to cook them for another 40 min. The manager was super helpful. He said that he cooked them and knows that they were done. I guess any can get a manager position.??? Never have I had worse service or Food. Uff

I think this is the best tasting pizza around (not great pizza, but good pizza). They are expensive without coupons, but they always have deals that will fit what we need. Delivery is usually pretty quick, pickup is usually slow (the dont seem to have enough people working in the store to handle walk-in customers).

If you have a family larger than 1 person, dont order from here. We ordered a large pizza for $26.00, which is high to begin with, and it was pathetically small. When we bit into it the pizza was cold. My wife called to complain, and the store manager basically told us there was nothing they could do.

COLD when it arrived and just was the worst pizza I EVER GOT! And the Prices were very high. When we called to tell them our order was cold They offered us free garlic bread next time! There will NEVER BE A NEXT TIME!
