I ordered a pizza and bread sticks they stated it would be ready in 15 minutes I thought okay enough time to drop my kids off and be there in 30 minutes. I walk in and I am informed my bread sticks are not ready. I witnessed the manager give my bread away one minute before assisting me. What in the world very dissatisfied asked to speak with a manager and he said ge was the manager. Not at all how a business should be run. When someone places an order they expect to receive it upon arrival not waiting another 5 minutes for it to be ready.

My son has been busting his butt to sell coupons for his school which include Little Cesars coupons. This is the only location in Springfield which would NOT allow you to use them, the coupons say your allowed to use 2 per customer per visit. The clerk was very nice but did state the owner does not want them to take them. I went elsewhere and you should too Greedy! #corporategreed

The pizza here tastes different than all the other Little Caesars... yuk, not nearly as good. Its like they use a different kind of sauce or something and the cheese is different too. They even close way earlier too. Even though I live close to this location, I drive to one of the others in town when I want pizza. Too bad really as this one is so close. Oh well.

Quote you that it will be 10 mins on the phone but then instead take 30 mins to make a special order pizza. I think it was mostly because they forgot to tell me that it was done. They also use whatever excuse possible to take coupons.
