This Jack in the Box is absolutely terrible. Multiple times I have pulled up to the drive thu to have them say that they are under maintenance. While most of the employees are going into the concrete trash dumpster area for long periods of time. If you do happen to get them to take an order and you try to order a shake they will tell you theyre shake machine is out of order. The management there is absolutely terrible for allowing these things to happen

Food is thrown together and this is the slowest jack n the box EVERRRR!!! Every time we come here, if someones behind us or not its "pull up to the white line" we ordered 2 cheese cakes and a large curly fry.... The manager said "I dont know why it took so long, I was doing 50 other things" ....cool. Cool guy. The ONE person behind us had his order and left before us.

Not much I can say that others havent said. We came through here after a Blues game late one night and we were the only car in the vicinity. we ended up sitting for over 10 minutes. To top it off, our food was cold. We phoned in two different surveys and that obviously changed nothing! Id opt for one of the other places to eat nearby.

Ordered three cokes, two spicy chicken sandwiches, kids chicken. Sodas are lukewarm, no ice in any cups, soda is overall disgusting. The two spicy chicken sandwiches ended up being buttery jack sandwiches. Kids chicken is missing fries, chicken is chewy. Honestly deserves 0 stars but that isnt an option so I went for the next best thing

Just like everyone else said THE ABSOLUTE WORST Jack in the box I have EVER been to!!! They take FOREVER even when youre the only car in the parking lot, food is ALWAYS wrong, & bad customer service!! Last time my tacos only had cheese and lettuce!! What? Wheres the taco meat? Lol crazy

This place is filled with a bunch of idiots. Not only will they screw your order up but theyll also charge you for things you didnt order and then tell you they cant make it and that they cant take it off the ticket.

Waited 30 minutes for fast food for inside dining! Unacceptable! They pushed 10 cars through drive thru while I waited. They obviously dont need the business. Never shop here again!
