We recently moved to the area and have a two year old son, he loves the atmosphere here and my wife and I love the burgers and the Platnium Maragreta is the best I have had at a chain restaurant. Last night our waitress lost our debit card, an unfortunate mistake and not the end of the world, what prompted this review was the way it was handled. The manager came over, and handled the situation perfectly, I was thoroughly impressed. Customer service seems to be a dieing art these days, its great to have an experience that motivated me to do a positive review! I would recommend this place to anyone that loves burgers and has kids - or doesnt have kids actually. Great work guys!

Currently I am using a walker since I have a broke foot and its exhausting from getting from getting from place to place. The hostess tried to seat a family of 5 in a 4 chair table. I said this was unacceptable. I couldnt believe the arrogance and ingnorance of the Hostess to seat 2 adults and three squirrelly kids in alone chairs. Obviously she just here for a pay check. So I had to go back to front using the walker and suck up my pride not to make a seen. I was completely embarrassed. Even though I should have flew off the handle. Never go to this place.

Red Robin is a place I like but this one was sub par. The staff was rude. They lied to us about being able to sit anywhere but the bar because the service didnt want to do their job. The bar tender was surprised we sat in the bar and said we could have been in the restruant part. After the server told us we had to sit in the bar. (It was night after the dinner crowd, not busy and other people eating in the restruant part, clearly had been their a bit as they were already served) I will never go back to THIS Red Robin.

I have been here time and time again, and I only have 2 complaints. Number 1: Food service always seems to take a little too long to get to the table. Number 2: The waiters/waitresses seem to forget what you need multiple times, as well as serving other tables before yours when asking for things in a chronological order. Other than that, the food is always fantastic, and servers are always very friendly and willing to help. Would recommend this to anyone who isnt on a time limit!

Been here to this location to meet a friend for lunch several times now. The service has always been great and so has the food. Very friendly staff. Only real complaint is the floor is wet as if the tile are drawing moisture out of the humid air for some reason. I have slipped several times getting in and out of the booths and almost landed on my butt.

No matter what time we go the food and service is consistently good. Bottomless steakfries....always a bonus. Especially if you have kiddos. If you sign up for their rewards program,which I have,you will often have discounts and deals & the card is virtual so you dont have to worry about losing it.

I went here solo and sat at the bar. The service was excellent, but the food was so so at best. The music was so loud I could not watch the TVs over the bar, which was annoying. If you are going with a group or a few people, this is a good place to go. If you are going solo, maybe not so much.

Our waiter Tatek is by far the best waiter we have in a LONG time. If you come to Red Robin make sure you ask for this man. No only will he keep you laughing during dinner but will bring you one of best burgers in Lake Saint Louis MO. Thank you Red Robin for having Tatek on your staff!!

My husband and I got two burgers, a small milkshake, and a small beer and it cost $40! Ridiculously expensive for what it is. The service was slow. We waited 45 min for our meals. This was at 7pm on a Wednesday. Not worth the money and not worth the wait.

The food was fresh and very hot with good flavor. The service was somewhat lacking but very friendly. I generally like my appetizer served before my meal, not part of the way through it. The fries are bottomless so they are all you can eat.
