My family and I are SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED with our local Taco Bell in Wentzville, MO! We went there tonight and ordered the Grande meal, the girl taking our order said "you can get 2 bonus items with that, nacho belle grande and a Mexican Pizza!" So, sure... Thinking they were free! Then when we were paying for our order, realized she charged for those things! Really! No thanks! Strike one! Then the Manager says while shes correcting the ticket and removing the items and hearing me complaining TO MY HUSBAND, mind you, says "that has nothing to do with us!" - really? REALLY? So, who trained her? Who makes sure she knows how to do her job? Strike two! Then, to top it all off, my daughter finds a nasty hair in her soft taco!!!! And what does this same manager do? She says "Im sorry, I can refund the price of one soft taco and have it remade!" - STRIKE THREE!!! Ive NEVER been treated like this in any other restaurant EVER!! We will NEVER be going back to that restaurant!! You would think customer service would have been her concern! I guess not!!

Absolutely terrible. Every. Single. Time. We go they mess up our orders. EVERY TIME. Just went through, ordered two triple double stack $5 boxes. One with no lettuce or tomato on anything. The other no tomato on anything. With two large dr peppers (that I paid for). They just gave us two medium dr peppers and lettuce on everything. Went back through and told them about the situation. They just gave me a triple double stack. No tacos (that I paid for). I will now go out of my way to lake St. Louis (I live in Wright city) because the wentzville Taco Bell is the worst location I have been at. This is just one of the instances. Plus this one doesnt even mention the fact that I could hear an employee cussing (n***er, f**king b***sh**.. etc.). They never give out sauces. The employees are rude. Drive through is horrible. Like the list could go on for so long. Its absolutely terrible. If I could do no stars I would, honestly.

Above average TB location, far better than the location off of Hwy K, but slightly less in overall quality compared to the south main street location. At this TB, you receive either an average TB experience or you have to go back and redo your whole order. In comparison, the Hwy K TB, you overall receive a below average experience altogether, while the orders are usually correct (just put together sloppily and with old ingredients).

Traveling through and we see a Taco Bell sign. We go through the drive threw, the man taking my ordered had the order right on the screen, just looked in the bag to make sure everything was in there, but Everything was messed up. We was already back on the highway before knowing. We had to throw it all out. The worst Taco Bell experience ever.. we do not recommend.

I prefer this taco bell over the others in like a 20 mile radius. Im a vegetarian and I ask for my food meatless and they have not messed that up like most others have. The people there are nice also. I never have to wait long for my food. This particular taco bell deserves more recognition than they get. I trust this taco bell to make my food correctly.

I forgot to ask for hot sauce when I went through the drive thru. I came back 15 minutes later after I had run another errand and was finally ready to eat and noticed this, and they were wonderful about it. Very understanding and gave me my hot sauce. The staff here has always been pleasant when Ive come through. Way to go! Keep up the good work!

Fairly good consistent service. I am actually surprised how friendly the employees are and how they "usually" get my order right. I say usually because of course things have been wrong (usually just missing). But its fast food so your expectations cannot be sky high. Luckily they are pretty polite about everything, so its not as big of a deal.

It is fake Mexican that everyone is familiar with so I wont bother reviewing the food. The store and the restrooms are clean. The tables are generally clean when I eat here as well. Food is appropriately hot and the staff as nice as expected for fast food.

The cashiers who work here are so nice! Ive never felt more welcomed! I would definitely recommend going here when deciding on fast food. The girl even went above and beyond and came to me with my food! It was GREAT!

Went through Drive thru and I didnt receive 2 of the tacos I ordered and the tacos I did get were cold. Tried to call the store 5 time over a span of 20 minutes and no one ever amswered.
