We went through the drive thru, the man at the window was VERY rude, I believe his name was Christian. Then we get pulled around, we wait and they forget a sandwich. We only ordered one meal and an extra sandwich. Not a hard order. We went back through the drive thru to get the other sandwich, get pulled around, get forgotten, after 10 minutes I call in and HE answers the phone and I told him we have been waiting 10 minutes and he said "it hasnt been 10 minutes " which I know it was. He said he would be right out which he was so the sandwich was done and he just forgot about it. Very rude and unfriendly when he came out to my car. I think you need better help!!

This place is the best Burger King Ive been to. The management is concerned with keeping the food hot and fresh-- they discard items that have sat for more than a few minutes. The employees themselves work on making orders speedy (Ive never spent more than two or three minutes in the drive thru) and keeping the lobby well-stocked and clean. Service is super friendly and accurate. Definitely one of the best burger-centered fast food restaurants Ive been to in a long time.

They put toppings under my cheese so it didnt melt tonmy burger. I ordered xtra mayo and xtra onion. Barely any of either on it. Good thing i ate it there. I would have been pissed if i got it through the drive through they seemed annoyed that i brought up a mistake to them. And they were not busy. Too many people horsing around. Not enoigg work being done

The staff was slow and the female manager with purple hair bagged my order and actually gave me a large fry that had maybe 10 fries in it....paid for a large fry and got not even a half filled large fry container....PATHETIC!!!!!

Order was wrong after having to have the lady fix it twice at the register because she kept putting in more than I ordered. Manager nearly backed into me but never apologized. Place was clean though.

Dirty, rude, and careless. I had to stand at the front counter for 10 minutes inorder to get bbq sauce and a spoon while multiple employees saw me standing there and didnt acknowledge me.

Driving through Missouri and stopped to get dinner. Hard time ordering and then order was wrong. Manager fixed it but it was extra time spent that I could have been driving home.
