Food was good. Service was ok. I will say that I have been to the Washington, MO Bob Evans a lot and I can say that everytime my family and I go there to eat, we are always sat in the back. But whenever my girlfriend and her friend eat there, they sit basically where they want. I dont want to assume or speculate that the management, ownership and employees of the Washington, MO Bob Evans are racist or think ill of black people or people of mixed races but I have no other conclusion to come to. I will still go back for the food but will make sure that I sit where I want to sit.

The server "tess" is horrible. We got seated after 6 mins of waiting while 2 girls fought who was supposed to seat ppl. Waited for "tess" to help us. Maybe 8 mins in then she comes by, asks what we want to drink walks away. Came by and pretty much threw out sweet teas on the table and walked away not to be seen for another 5 mins. By the way the restaurant isnt busy. Ive been a server we triple this amount on a lunch service. And I still manage to great my customers. She just flat out sucks.

Paid for my drink and left. Dont expect me to eat at a place where youre wiping your nose, cleaning tables with the dirtiest rag, doing a horrible job at it, then going to grab silverware by the business end and making drinks while NEVER washing your hands. Meanwhile the cooks gloves are disgusting, and hes not wearing a beard net. This is completely unacceptable on so many levels. This is a common occurrence in many chain restaurants and Im completely done with them.

Great experience! This wasnt even because of the food, which was good, but it was because of our server. I think she said her name was Mercy. She was so adorable and very charming. Great waitress! I would go back just because she put in the extra effort to make sure my table had the best experience possible. She brought out my food hot, with never ending beverages and breads. Very sweet girl, I would go back just for her.

Horrible experience ... I came in at 705. Waitress didnt show until 715. I knew what I wanted when I arrived. Need to be at work 730...no way to make it. Lady at counter said she couldnt take my order the waitress had to. Thats nuts ... So much for service. What a poor showing and a terrible way to start the day

Fine,,very homey kind of food,,one particular waitress,was very loud and did alot o f shouting,,she was very disruptive,,very unprofessional. Our waiter was fine,,very professional. She camee close to ruining a fine experience since she was shouting directions to the cooks and staff.

Always hit and miss with the service. I think there is high turnover. Our waitress decided to sit and visit while there were several tables waiting 30+ minuets waiting for food. She said they were short staffed. Instead is helping, she chose to sit and visit!?!

asked for over medium eggs that came hard. ice tea tasted like it was a week old. cooks in back were playing and fluffing their hats and letting their long hair fly!!!! my food just came from there. never going back again!
