I think its safe to declare this is the worst Jack in the box in the state of Missouri. 3 cars ahead of me in drive thru.... Waited 30 minutes to place my order. I wasnt given a receipt, then was told to wait in the parking lot. I waited another 10 minutes before going inside to cancel my order. The manger on duty "Whats the matter you cant wait a few more minutes?" I left without the food, because I dont handle that level of frustration well. Now they refuse to void the charge unless I drive BACK to the store. I called and spoke with the manager, who was rude and condescending. I think its best that I dont go back to the filthy store for a refund... I would love to know who the district manager is. What a joke.

Ive heard this place was "food poisoning in a wrapper", but not being from the area I wanted to try it for myself. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Pita because it was a healthier option. I thought it was interesting that the front worker told the cook she needed my food, he said it was frozen, but literally 20 seconds later it was done. Well when I got my food, my chicken was just warm and my Pita was cold and chewy. It had the potential to be a really good sandwich because it seemed to have a good flavor. Im disappointed it was so bad. Im also disappointed I wasted calories on this sandwich.

Like you guys really care about the reviews you receive. Customer service was horrible through drive through! The lady taking my order was very rude and unprofessional! I think she was a manager, pathetic! The food taste like ass, including the fries! Always old! Burger taste like burnt old ass and the fries taste like old ass grease, eww!! Nasty! Who wants old stale ass fries with a side of a 5 hour old burger? They dont even consider satisfying customers or making food fresh so people keep on coming back!

Absolutely horrible service. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to only be told they were closed for the evening. We were blocked in by twelve cars, couldnt back out or move forward because there were still orders they were trying to fill. Wouldnt take our order then started to yell at us and threaten to call the cops on us. All they had to do was put a sign out but the little punk manager had to get ignorant in front of my young son. Never again will we patronize this restaurant.

This place is a joke. I dont know if they are under staffed or what but took 25 minutes for a small meal. Ice in soda machine was out, not to mention half the soda options. People on the lobby were not happy and getting refunds while drive through customers were backing up and pulling away. And had to kill a cockroach while waiting for my meal. Just go to a restaurant and have a sit down meal. Time frames are about the same.

i was aproached by an employee when recieving my food and was told "sorry if your foods wrong, im to high right now" what kind of place is this? what you do in your own time is up to you, but the entire place was drugg addicts listening to hardcore rap. worst jack in the box ive ever been to. i personally would drive 20 minutes away to the salt lick location just to not deal with this ones service.

I am a manager at this location. I have been back for a couple months. We have completely swept through payroll and got rid of people who are not good for business. The manager who was in charge has been barred from this location and a new one is in and things are turning around for the better. If you come in between 10 pm and 6 am i guarantee we will not disappoint

DONT EAT HERE! Chicken bowl lid was smashed in due to heavy stuff on top, made mess in bag. Went at 1pm, had old tacos (hard and stuck to bag), which they forgot to give me first of all. One sandwich had label sticker on it with hair on sticker. Drive thru doesnt keep ice drawer closed. They keep the muffin tongs in box touching other muffins.

Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes. They were too stupid to have the person at the window pull out of the way and let people drive through. I could not get out of this drive through forward or backward. Went somewhere else. Trip delayed 35 minutes for what should have been 15!

Got told they were closed with 8 cars in the drive thru behind us. The "manager" wouldnt come out to tell the other cars and was threatening us saying we needed to leave his drive thru. Will never go back to jack in the box.

Expect them to be closed (not really open 24-hours as the sign says) or to wait forever (30+ minutes). The staff dont know what they are doing and my order is almost always missing something.
