I have never written a restaurant review before, but my experience at this location was so disappointing I feel like I had to warn others. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly employee and informed her that my guest and i were eating there for the very 1st time. She told me that the food was great and that i would want to come back everyday. After being seated, it took almost a full 20 min before our server even acknowledged we were there. Then she asked about our drinks, brought them, walked away without even asking if we were ready to order. when she finally took our order, we had been there almost a 1/2 hour. we got our food 45-50 min after arriving and the server got my order wrong, i ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich instead. i work 50-60 hour weeks. weekends are for friends and family and i feel like they stole my free time. the server did attempt to make up for the mistake and so did the manager who was very friendly. but i was already disappointed and left as hungry as when i arrived. i did not eat because everyone knows not to eat at a place after you sent food back to the kitchen. i told the manager that was my first experince at her location and most likely be my last. i work really hard to earn enough to eat out once in a while, i wont be spending anymore time or money at this location. 2 thumbs down. sorry guys!

Visited this location for lunch on a Wednesday at 12:00. There were 5 people in our party. We ordered after about 5 minutes, because we only had one lunch menu to share and were not able to get a second copy. We waited from 12:05 to 12:55 to receive our food, with no communication from the staff as to what was taking so long. When we were finally able to track down our waitress, we were told that they were waiting on two of our meals. After that, it took an additional 10 minutes before we actually received the food. We had to immediately box it and ask for the check, so I couldnt tell you if the wings were actually hot or not. When you advertise a 15 minute guarantee, there needs to be communication between the staff and the customers. If we had known that wings apparently need 50 minutes to cook, we would have gone elsewhere. After asking to speak with a manager, the waitress said that she would comp the meals. While we appreciated the gesture, it did not come with an apology and we were not allowed to talk to a manager.

We absolutely LOVED the Gravois Bluffs location. So we were so excited when they opened this Kirkwood location. They have dropped the ball time after time. Dry over cooked chicken tenders, french fries cold as ice on call in orders, apathetic or spaced out staff... We had a credit of a meal due to a bad to go order.... they couldnt find the credit.... but did honor part of it... But we had ANOTHER bad meal. Seriously. If you are comping someones dinner? Please try to win them back by giving them fresh hot chicken... not crunchy, dry, stringy strips. And please tell the very sweet server that she is working the entire time.... and she shouldnt disappear to the bar to watch the ball game when she has patrons waiting 10 minutes to pay their bill.... Guess we will go back to Fenton....if we go back at all.

We were at this location Saturday night for UFC, we sat on the patio, the sound was so loud you couldnt carry on a conversation, several times we asked for the volume to be turned down, someone would turn it down but when another table requested it be turned up then back up it went, this occurred several times. We also asked several times for the patio lights to be turned on so we could read the menu and then see what we were eating but every time the waitress turned the lights on a manager would turn them back off because the table requesting the sound be louder was also requesting the lights off. If we can find another venue for these events we probably wont be back. Extremely disappointed with our visit. Poor customer service.

Was sat promptly and server took several minutes to come take our drink and food order. Recieved our waters shortly all the while another couple is sitting in the booth in front of us. The same server took their order and brought out their drinks. 20 mins pass by and she brought out the other couples wings (also what we ordered) we waited another 5-10 minutes hoping to recieved our order. Never did. Couldnt find the host or servers to bring this issue to their attention, so we left. Server most likely forgot to ring in our order.. how do you bring out someone elses food, but not your table before them? Crazy.

Well the waiter was great at making a wait as pleasant as waiting more than an hour can be, but the kitchen is terrible. The wait was rediculoulsy long because the kitchen cannot get it together I am constantly reminded. I am still waiting for my wings and have even thought about leaving. I cannot express the amount of hate that is accumulating because of this rediculous wait. There is a great chance i will NOT be back to this location....

I have never written a review before but my experience was so unsatisfactory that I had to let the public know. If your waitress is a girl named Dani...RUN! I have never had such horrible & sloppy service. My husband & I frequent this location often but I will no longer due to her unprofessionalism ranging from customer service, cold food & lack of motivation/caring for a paying customer!

Three stars because the food is always great! Id give it a zero for service easily. First time, ordered 8 wings and they brought ten by mistake. Didnt realize til after meal. Both waiter and mgr insisted we pay since we didnt send em back. Today...waited 15 mins just for my water and order. Looks like ill be staying a few late at work tonight because ill be late back from lunch. Suck.
