Let me start off by saying one of my best friends is lesbian, had friends in college that were gay and have extended family members with gay members I see very often... But as soon as we walked in we are greated with a Hhhhhheeeeeey frieeeeeeends, and he just wouldnt shut the hell up!!!!!!! Its one thing to just inform us real quick of specials.. but how the hell am I supposed to order when you just keep going and going and going and going.... Beyond annoying then on top of that in the VOICE he had.... Just too freaking much. TOO over the top and we immediately just left. We couldnt take it. Its bad when youre so hungry, youd rather starve and change food joints than sit there and hear and listen to that guy talk. Ridiclious!!!!!!!!!!! Glad we got some free peanuts... Held us over until I got to Canes down the road.

Ive been to five guys many many times and Ive finally decided to write a review, here it goes. I immediately liked the food and it has always been "yummy" for a lack of better words but the service has steadily been getting worse and worse. The last 6 orders Ive got have been wrong or they have left out something. How hard is it to get a cheese burger with bacon and bbq sauce right. Leaving off tons of toppings is a real turn off when thats why I went. The fries are good, which they are very generous with but that isnt enough to excuse their bigger quality issues. I never go during lunch hours or a time when there busy so its not like theyre rushing. Ive had this experience with family, friends and co-workers and I will not be returning till I hear a change on the overall service.

The burger was great. Simple to order. Only complaint was somehow i got pickles on my burger, when i only asked for lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup/mustard. I didnt get any lettuce or tomato.. Just burger with pickle onions and ketchup. Wouldve called and said something but i had already got back to work and waited 30 minutes before i even ate it. Cajun fries were good but soft.. By the time i got food to my coworkers (7min drive) the fries were just warm and soft. Like Wendys. Id try this place again. Just going to be more specific i guess.

Simple. Sure there are a ton of options for what goes on your sandwich, but overall the menu is pretty simple. Burgers and fries. They do have a meatless option. Its basically a burger without the hamburger, but with the variety of toppings they offer you can get pretty creative. They also have a hotdog which they butterfly and serve on a hamburger bun. The food is greasy and flavorful and I cant imagine any way you might call it healthy. If that sounds good to you, this is a place for you.

Cheated One of the highlights going to Five Guys is the plenty of fries. The last few times I been to Five Guys I have noticed a significant decrease of fries, if I am going to pay $4.50 for fries then I should get what its worth. If not then I should go somewhere else and pay two dollars less for the same amount or even more fries. All that being said the burger was good.

Amazing experience. Crew was nice, perfect fries, perfect burger, regular fry fed me and my girlfriend, staff was very helpful and explained the sizes (telling me i should get a regular instead of a large). And they made the whole experience fun, seeing customers dab, or dance for there food. Entire crew made the whole experience ten times better.

Parking when coming in off Ballas can be weird, but not an impossible thing. Burgers and fries are some of the best Ive had and the atmosphere is pretty cool when the music isnt too loud. In short: great food, great service, whats not to love?

Super fast service, delicious burgers and fries! My nephew really loved the hot dog (Ive never tried). The teenagers always love to shell and eat the complimentary peanuts, and they really like leaving their mark on the 3x5s provided.

Order was carelessly done. Mushrooms and onions were not grilled as stated on the receipt. Mustard was added when didnt ask for it. Firs were a bit hard as if undercooked. The buns were soft and the beef was tasty.

AMAZING !!! but very bad for you calorie wise! Bacon cheese burger is 920 cal and a lrg fry is 1474. . . . HEART ATTACK!!! Oh and it is way over priced! WAY WAY WAY OVER PRICED. . . just a burger guys come on!

My friend and I come here before we hit the mall next door. Always delicious burgers and the Cajun fries are fantastic! In my opinion the best burger you can get and the staff are so nice
