If I could give a zero I would...we waiting and waited and no one even acknowledged us. People that came in ten mins after us were served. I work in the restaurant industry, this is completely unacceptable. How could they not know we were there... seeing as they were less than a foot away from us the entire time. I have no other option but to think this was intentional. The person at the door was very kind when we arrived but behind the line behavior was inexcusable.

Im usually far from impressed with the service at Waffle House in general. However, the service I received at the St. Charles Rock Rd. location was exceptional. Very curtious and attentive from placing my order to receiving it. My meal was prepared promptly and was very delicious. The St. Charles Rock Rd location and its employees have def. set the bar higher when it comes to professionalism and order accuracy. I am very impressed.

The waitress we had was actually pretty nice, tho she did forget my chili at first. The food was good too. The main issues I had was first off, all the employees had duck tape all over them to cover their tattoos. Second, we watched one if the other waitresses have an argument with someone, then proceed to go out in the parking lot and break a glass bottle on the lot where cars were.

I had scrambled eggs with cheese, pork sausage, raisin toast, grits and coffee, and it was delicious. Server was courteous efficient and very polite. My husband had a breakfast bowl with eggs, sausage and hasbrowns. He said his was very good too. Really like breakfast there, but dont get there often enough. Enjoyed our food very much.

I go here pretty regularly. I dont know who these people claiming that the staff is rude are. I suspect that they are rude people who get a cold reception. The food is always well prepared to order and the staff very diligent and friendly. Occasionally, there have been problems with an order, but they will fix them right away.

We were actually surprised. We expected a generic IHOP, but we got really good food and really nice waitress. Not to be racist, the white waitress was really nice. Though the black girls acted like they didnt want to be there. Plus they had their music playing REALLY LOUD. The food actually made up for it.

Where do I start with my love/hate relationship with this chain breakfast joint. Some visits are friendly and tasty while others require pepto and a high flow toilet. Solid consistent performances throughout the Midwest would get an extra star from me. Too many inconsistencies...

I come here almost every other morning, I get the same thing every day and sit in the same spot everytime and when they see me pull in they always have my drink on the table and my food cooking by the time I walk in. I love how nice they are specially the woman with the bandana!

Smothered Covered and Chunked always a winner!! Food as youd expect, quick service. Only slightly annoying had like 6 or 7 staff in and they were not busy so very loud back and forth between employees. Everybody has to kill some time/steam though, so somewhat understandable.

One of the worst Waffle House ever. The workers are so rude. They are slow. Waffle house workers are usually friendly. The only reason I go here is because it is by my job. They never get the order right, it always sth white toast instead of wheat.

Man I wouldnt take my 4th cousin there to eat. They offer you things there thats not on the menu like (flys)...But if thats what you like then yeah its a fet place to take someone like your ex-wife
