Penn Station is one of my favorite places to eat. Seems this location or maybe the company needs to get with the times. I have an issue with companies that will not take coupons off your phone. Get with the times, many people do not have anyway to print at home. With the age of smart phones, iPad and net-books the days of a desktop and printer is not reality for many. I signed up for the e club and had a free 6" coupon in my email. I was told in store I had to have it printed, I even explained i do not have a way to print at home and offered to show it on my phone. I may have to choose a new place to eat that is willing to take coupons in any form.

I strongly believe the owner is racist. Thats fine he can feel how he wants about non whites. I also have seen on every occasion the men in this place not be halfway as sanitary as they need to be if theyre not going to where gloves. Specifically, I witnessed a guy come in from smoking a cigarette not even stop at the sanitizer (I walked in with him and followed hoping hed make that quick stop). When I let the manager know he asked the guy and the guy lied and said he did. Will find another location to spend my money.

Love this place. I always get the italian. The people are always nice. Try the lemonade some time it is a good change of place from drinking soda all the time and is good. The wait is longer than most fast food restaurants but you can see them make your food every step of the way. In my opinion is well with the wait.

Never disappoints. Wally runs an excellent restaura t. Have been coming here for well over a decade and never had a bad experience or less than great food and service. Some Penn Stations just do the minimum, but Wallys store is the epitome of awesome.

These guys go beyond grilling the sandwich. The deli meats are skillet-brazed first. My first bite into their Italian sub tasted like an authentic deli sandwich. I couldnt believe the taste was from a chain.

I can no longer eat at this place, found two hairs in my sandwich today . They do not wear gloves or anything for hair. Have had other issues in the past and keep giving them another chance but not anymore.

Penn Station is the best place to get cheesesteaks in STL. Its not quite the authentic taste East Coasters expect, but its close, and tasty in its own right. Love the bread they use.

The Dorsett location has way better sandwiches than the N Lindbergh location. The meat on the philly cheesteak is much better at this location. Theres often way less of a line too.

The BOMB! Warm Fresh bread! No wimpy subs...lots of meat ! My fav. Cordon Bleu. Oh and the fries! Omg!!! Fresh cut Boardwalk Fries add vinegar of u want! Great Ownership and staff!
