Most of the time I visit Noodles & Company the food is great and definitely worth my money. However, EVERY single time I go there, the employees are completely and utterly ignorant and rude. They chat and giggle with the other customers, which I presume to be their friends of some sort, instead of taking orders and getting people in and out as fast as possible. And on top of all of this, when I get up to the counter, the employees give me the worst attitude. Sometimes I get better service at McDonalds for goodness sake. They really need to tighten things up at Noodles & Company. Until they do I wont be coming back.

Terrible. First they tried to give me the wrong to-go order. Im glad I checked first without leaving. When I told Daniel (the name on the receipt), he just took the bag from me and left me standing there without saying anything. He started throwing bowls around like he was in a crazy hurry, dropping them on the counter, tossing stuff around, etc. Turns out that was my order. I checked the receipt on the bag to make sure it was correct and left the store. When I got back to work, I opened my food. The noodles had no sauce and my tofu was completely burnt black on one side. How is that okay to serve? Never again.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly and constantly check on you to ask if you are OK. An employee could be passing your table on a completely different task and check in with you to see if you need anything. Ive never experienced service like that at any other Noodles location. It does get busy around lunch time, but I think they do a good job managing the crowd. I like to sit outside on the back on nice days BUT they have a huge dumpster right by it so it often smells bad and attracts alot of flys! I wish they could move it... but overall, this is a decent location.

One of the worst pad thais I have ever had in my life. The pad thai was like noodles mixed with sauce with no flavor. I asked for extra peanut sauce and peanut, and the waitress said she would, but I ended up with no peanuts and sauce. I paid $10 for nothing! They charged me for peanut, but did not put that as a side when I got the food. I was deeply annoyed with the food and price. The only good thing was the girl who was at the front desk, she was nice girl. She asked what my likes and dislikes are before buying it. Overall, the food is a waste of time, and money.

Horrible. I went there months ago. I placed a to go order, got all the way home and there was neither sauce nor chicken on my pad thai. I called and called until someone finally answered and was told to come back down there to receive a new dish. I get there and forgot to bring the food back with me and the manager assumed I was lying. I showed her my receipt and eventually I got a new dish made. Never going back to this location. Ive never had this problem before.

Waited about 20min to order to go when I got home I realized my penned Rosa I ordered had MAC noodles and pad thai noodles n it and it was missing the chicken. I went back to the restaurant which sucked bc I had already made it home. I received my parmesan crested chicken and it taste horrible. Im very upset. I eat.@ the one n the loop and on Manchester all the time so I definitely know what its suppose to taste like. I will never return to this location again.

The entrees are okay, but dont order the potstickers...they are a joke - flat, nearly empty, and flavorless. Also, what happened to portion size? My companion and I both ordered pad Thai to-go and one of ours was a good 40g heavier than the other. Tip - dont look at the floor in the dining area...super dirty and looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a good 5 hours.

Could eat here daily. Love the dishes. Staff is always friendly. I had my own personal favs but won one of those drop-your-biz-card-in-the-bowl drawings for which I received a tasting session and got to try a ton of things I had not previously tried. I now have a bunch of new favorites. This place is one of my fav places to eat on planet Earth.

Great place. Atmosphere is great, casual, nice and clean. Great selection of noodle dishes over a wide range of cuisine. Took about 5-10 min to get my food. Food was great, peanut noodles tasted authentic. Food is presented well. Real flatware and dishes. $8.50 for a dish with a meat.

Food is tasty but its expensive . i dined here many times and one day i ordered large Japanese pan noodles and whole grain tuscan fresca for take away ,i expected the same quantity but i was totally disappointed after looking the quantity of food ,it was soo little !!!

The quality of service is poor. I waited at the cash register for them to cook my food and they put it on the side like a call in. I was standing there for twenty minutes. This happened again in the same month. Food wasnt as good anymore either.

Usually I enjoy this Noodles, but tonight my Med salad had a short piece of hair and a long piece of hair. So upsetting. None of the workers are wearing hair nets. The young lady that made my salad has very long hair.

In the local area, the is the intersection of fast and high quality at reasonable prices. Despite aiming a little upmarket, its still a noodle joint. Their beef stroganoff is quite good.

I have yet to find something I dont like here. This location also has stepped up their game to provide great customer service and quasi-wait staff to check on you and clear your table.

I love the food... it is a bit pricey for what you get but its a nice change from normal fast food places. Only ate in once on a slow night, dont know if I would when they are busy.

Food is great and prices are average. This location gets very busy so be prepared. Great selection. If you like meat have them add steak or chicken to your entree!

I really enjoy the buttered noodles here and the pop is good. Its one of those machines where you can have pretty much anything. The atmosphere is fun too =)
