The food was good we love it but the owner JJ as she was called, need some attitude adjustments. She is mean to us as her customer, which we noticed every time we ate in Changmai in Longview she will talk to all her customers go table to table except our table. I dont know whats wrong with her I guess she just dont like us??? We do pay when we ate and we also give a decent tip. I witness how she scolded one of her server in front of the customers who made a petty mistake. She should do it in a private place where nobody can see her doing it so that the server dont get embarrassed. To the owner JJ you should take some customer service classes so that you can have an attitude adjustments. You have an ugly attitude, treat your customers fairly because if you keep doing what ur doing right now, even though ur food is the best in town, people will noticed how you treat them. You might need to go back where you came from (ur country) and ask ur parents to teach you a good manner.

Very disappointed. I have been going here 1 or 2 times a week (and often getting takeout for people I work with) since it opened because I love thai food and its close to work. A few times my order has been wrong but something I could eat, so I looked past it. Also their food seems to be hit and miss. Some days wonderful Somedays medicore. Today my order came out and was completely wrong and tasted awful. They, as before didnt offer to fix it. I had already paid, so there wasnt much I could do. Left it on the table and went to taco bell. I will be driving the extra few miles and going downtown for Thai from now on.

I eat here frequently and order something new almost every time. Great food. Wonderful variety. Medium spicy is perfect if youre looking for a good balance of spice and flavor that wont slow you down and make you bloat yourself on drinks. Owner is very friendly and frequently waits tables along with everyone else. Theyre also opening a new location in Tyler soon! Im sure Ill be visiting!

Some dishes are not worth the money....beef tendon soup was 8.99 and there was no tendons in the soup. And its a regular size bowl. Another noodle vegetable plate 8.99 was all flat noodles and hardly any vegetables? Probably wont eat here again.....good side to this place, anything with rice you get your moneys worth.

Best pad thai in the area. I didnt go during peak hours, so I cant speak to the quality of the service youll receive. Wife had curried fish and loved it. . After ordering pad thai at 30+ different restaurants around Texas, I can tell you their Pad Thai than Lil Thai House and is among the best Ive had.

One of my favorite places to eat in Longview. I would recommend either the pad Thai or one of the curries though I have yet to have a bad meal there. If you cant stand the heat, be careful with the spice. They have mild options available. The place is a little small, so its not good for big groups.

This is my favorite place to eat! The food is amazing and the staffing changes frequently, but everyone is very polite and helpful. The only nit pick I have is to be more consistent with the spice levels but other than that it is amazing.

They have the best garlic fried rice Im extremely picky about my fried rice but I can tell you this is one of the best if youre just as picky as I am you should give it a try. Also the server was very respectful and did her job great!

All the food is full of flavor and you can pick your spice level. The servers are helpful but arent fully knowledgeable about gluten. Make sure you have them double check with the kitchen if you have any food allergies.

I have eaten here about 3 times and every time has been amazing! The Bobas are good, and the food is fantastic. If you come, expect to spend about $15-20 per person. Its totally worth it.
