I tried to order from this place and the guy who answered was rude as hell....I tried to tell him the order was wrong and I would be happy to go over it again. he then started telling me I was wrong and that isnt what I said. Well clearly there is a language barrier so I tried again to tell him what I would like...that sure didnt work. He couldnt understand that I was telling him what I wanted not what he thought I wanted. booo Customers are always right! especially since I continued to be nice the whole time! Hopefully he was just having a bad day! I didnt end up ordering food...

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant. We eat or take out here about twice a month and its always great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The owners are always at the restaurant and making sure everything is running smoothly. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is positive and they get to know their repeat customers-they always ask about my family when I pick up a to-go order after work-they know my daughters names, ages, schools and activities. This family & friendly attitude as well as the great food and prices makes this a great place to eat.

Tried to place an order of Orange chicken and Cashew chicken, to be placed in the styrofoam box instead of the regular box because they always fall apart on me, the employee denied my request saying itll mess up the chef and that theyre too busy to use my preferred container, so I said I no longer want to deal with them and he simply replied okay thanks. Never pay a place that wont compromise with its customers, especially when its such a small request.

Where had this place been all my life?? Im picky when it comes to my Chinese food... But this place is ridiculously good. We just moved back to liberty after being away and we had them deliver to the house. Was the second place we tried and this one definitely takes the cake. He delivered in the middle of that awful snow storm and it still only took 40 min. Everything was hot and fresh. Will be my go to from here on out when I get a craving.

Not sure why the health department was doing an inspection during lunch hour but they didnt bother to tell me this until my lunch time was near over and I still did not get my meal. So lunch break wasted I dont get to eat today, Ill survive. However having to then pay for the meal when all I got was a bowl of water called Wanton soup... I will definitely never be coming back here.

I use to like this restaurant but the last few times the food quality has deceased. Today we waited over an hour for fried rice and teriyaki chicken. The order never came. The management didnt comp our drinks and really didnt care. Very poor management. I suggest trying China Wok between Barry road and 152 east of I29. Much friendlier, better service, and better food and prices

The food was good and we placed a take out order. Prices are reasonable and they have a great lunch special. Be sure to check it out on the menu! If you want fried rice be sure to ask for it. Some dishes offer a choice, others do not. My husband and I ordered a single entree item and a couple of appetizers and had enough left over for another meal.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband and I ordered the Family Dinner on Saturday night. When it arrived, we could tell by looking that it was going to be terrible. The majority of the food was inedible. The meat was dry and overcooked, the crab rangoon was cold, sauces were awful. We will NEVER order from Hunan again.

The best chinese in Liberty. I used to go 2-3 times a week while in college. Get there bfore 3pm for the lunch special. I only like the best. If you want good chicken fried rice, fast, with quality white meat, this is the only place I recommend. That goes for the whole KC metro area. Ive tried them all, Hunan Garden is still the best

The menu options were standard and the delivery was fast. My order was correct and hot and delivered in 30 minutes. But I wasnt a fan of the sweet and sour sauce or the rice. Crab Rangoons were okay, less filling than I would like. It costs about what youd expect for good Chinese with mid quality food.

Some of the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. Im not sure what the dumplings are wrapped in, but they are horrible. The happy family entree has cauliflower in it, along with a bunch of other cheap veggie fillers to make the food cheaply and stretch the fact they put barely any meat in it.

I live in Pleasant Valley, Ive eaten at every Chinese place in the greater Kansas City area. I have food from here delivered far more often than I would like to admit. The prices are reasonable, the food is very good, the people are kind, and the experience is consistently great!

Hunan Garden took over TWO HOURS to deliver our food today!!! Our location is only 1.7 miles from this restaurant. Also, they screwed up our order and shorted us several items and didnt offer any sort of discount or apology. We will never order from this joke-of-a-restaurant!

Eat here regularly. The lunch menu is less than $7 and the food fantastic.....and the dinner menu is awesome, food good, always clean, great service. A No Frills Chinese Food joint that delivers quality food. Best kept secret in the Northland.

They have the best crab rangoon, chicken lo mein, and shrimp fried rice of any place I eat chinese food. I know its not normal, but that 17 minute delivery time a few months ago had us all in disbelief and we had 6 adults that ordered.

This place is supper small! I placed an order over via phone and the customer service was ok. But when I went home to eat, Oh man it was really good! I am not familiar with other chines foods around Liberty area but yes! this was good

Shrimp was not deveined. The meat was either hot enough to burn my tounge, but not burnt...microwaved possibly or luke warm. Not to mention that the fish tank stunk up the entire place. The only thing edible was my glass of water.

Worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. The shrimp was waaaaay overcooked. They even screwed up crab rangoon...awful. Overpriced and disgusting. I even read the bad reviews and still ordered...big mistake.

Worst Chinese Food ever! Egg rolls were greasy and chewy. Chicken in the broccoli chicken was bland. Had some kind of white sauce. Noodles tasted burnt. We couldnt even eat it.
