Ive been kind of forced to shop at this Price Chopper because of its proximity to my house. The place is covered in litter outside, and with no windows, the place feels.... ...confined, dark. There are NEVER enough checkers for the crowds, so wait times are always long. I try to avoid that store, but today, they were the only one open, so I had no other choice. WHAT A MISTAKE! After picking up 6 items in quick order, I got in the smallest line of 4 people. (Other checkouts had folks stretched to the aisles) With each transaction in front of me, there seemed to be a problem which warranted calling the Front End Mgr. over to the clerk. After nearly 20 minutes in line, and the managers 3rd visit to the checkout, they were again stuck. It started to just feel claustrophobic, like I was stuck forever in that non-moving line. I actually pulled out of that line, and pulled into another one, the shortest one. When I looked at the cart ahead of me and saw baby formula, etc. I asked the lady if it was WIC. When she told me yes, I knew that the line would be another excercise in futility. (nothing against WIC, I utilized it myself) I ended up just leaving my cart there for them, and walking out of the store without anything. I dont know about you, but I seem to notice that stores in certain areas of this city dont care about providing good customer service, are never staffed adequately, and apparently dont care about the outer appearance of their stores either. I will drive to the Grandview location again, when Im getting enough to make the trip worth it. I will stick with Aldi for everyday stuff. But as for THIS location... ...Im not darkening their door again. .

This Price Chopper is right by my house and I love it. The staff is always friendly. They have everything I need and I love when they get new items. I noticed other people posted about the trash outside - I wonder if they picked any up on their way inside? If you see trash, help others by picking it up. The best way to improve a place is by working together! Whenever I see trash, I pick it up and throw it away into the trash can on my way in. All in a, this is a great store and a favorite place for me to pick up groceries.

Charged me literally twice the marked price for some groceries, and they sent me to a register that didnt show the prices of what I had purchased. I recommend keeping a running total price as you shop so you arent defrauded. My total would have been cheaper at Whole Foods. Low quality products and expensive prices. Very limited produce section. They dont even carry common personal products like nail clippers or nail files.

I love this Price Chopper but half the time when I get produce, its not even edible!! Please someone fix this or give me money back. Im sick of buying food and having it wasted. The only produce I buy is bananas, sweet potatoes and carrots. Carrots are usually good to go but the bananas and sweet potatoes will, half the time taste like theyre rotten or have some funky disease inside them.

I just dont like that store the prices are higher than consentino Price Choppers the selection is small theres typically long lines and I live within walking distance if I have to I will shop over there for basic necessities but if youre looking for a good price chopper experience visit the store on 63rd or 103rd or any other consentino Price Chopper

I really liked my experience at this Price Chopper location. The store was very well stocked, clean & had a really good sale going.. I saved so much money during my visit.. The employees were very polite & professional at all times.. I will continue to shop at this location & even tell my family an friends to go there..

A lot better than the nearest walmart. Staff is nice and friendly. Regularly restocked.Safe and clean. 1. Unpopular items sit on the shelf for months past the best by date. These are the items that are NEVER on sale. 2. Needs a left turn lane for getting into the parking lot.

Young long haired man at customer service window was extra loud with thick sarcasm as he proceeded to tell the customers the store will be closing in twenty minutes. He had the nerves to start it off with a pig sooey type noise/ duck call. A little disturbing.

This is the worst price chopper Ive been to. The checkout lines are always long. There is a serious lack of anything organic. I wish it was better as its the closest one to me, but as is Ill drive further to go to a better one.

I only come on Saturday mornings.I love the cashier.She is friendly and so very helpful. Shes always first to say hello and to ask how I am.Ive noticed she knows a few people by name.She is a asset to customer service.
