Stopped in here the other day for a quick lunch bite. Grabbed a chicken caesar salad. The salad was ready before I filled my water cup and the quality was on par with the best quality of any panera Ive been to. Someone was constantly walking around cleaning the tables so there was plenty of seating and it was clean. There was an outdoor seating along the sidewalk.

Called in a pick up order for 9 people at 9:45 am, to pick up at 11:45. I arrived at 11:40 I waited until 12 pm for my order to finally be finished. As a result I was late for my meeting by 10mins. I was still missing two items from my order. This is not the first time this has happened. I love Panera but the employees really need to get it together.

I recently discovered Panera Bread this year. I was sleep on it. Lol! I love their pastries and power shakes. Love the sandwiches, the Italian BMT and their Clam Chowder. I just wish they served the Clam Chowder more than just on Fridays. I love that they have a Panera Discount club and that you can order it online and just pick it up at the door.

Unlike Starbucks, Panera offers free refills on coffee, fresh brewed iced teas, their salads are amazing, a wide variety of baked goods, and my favorite San Francisco style sour dough ;) Their service is excellent, they post the brew time on the coffee carafes, their bathrooms are always clean, and Kansas City Plaza is AWESOME LOCATION! CHEERZ

I had incredibly poor service and will NEVER attend this location again. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I stood in line with a very hungry child, while the first cashier looked at me and walked off. The second cashier looked past me and requested to help another customer. Just not very friendly or approachable.

Not the best place in the plaza to grab lunch or hang out, but you can usually find a seat here, and the food isnt bad. Wifi is always frustrating, because Panera... staff is very friendly, and thats the only reason they get 4 stars.

Was not impressed. Honestly my food was fine. Now the childrens food was terrible, grilled cheese half grilled really. Pb&j WY wife had remake because it was just a blog slapped together. Probably wont be looking to come back....

Never been a big fan of Panera. Their coffee is okay, not great, but the lentil soup was really good. The atmosphere is often like a college library, so unless youre there to study or read a book, it is undesirable.

I come to this Panera for my quick 15 min lunch break almost every day, the woman almost forgot to give me my bagel and still forgot to give me my cream cheese. I only have a little bit of time and couldnt walk back.

This location wasnt as clean as others Ive been to. I guess the weekends are busy on the Plaza in general, because several establishments were trashed, but Panera Bread was in better shape

Nice little trend Penera spot at the Plaza. Place was pretty big so you wont have a hard time finding a seat. Food was great with no problems.
