This place is great. The owner is very visible and interacts with his customers regularly. Very personable guy who tries to take time to speak to each customer and sincerely cares about the customer experience (we had been waiting maybe 3 minutes to be rung out and he was sincerely bothered we had to wait at all). They make the ice cream in house and have kind of wacky flavors such as cookie monster which, I think, is blue dyed vanilla with cookie chunks mixed in it. I have not been disappointed yet and will keep coming back. Do expect a bit of a wait though. This place tends to stay busy at night.

My friends and I were big Murrays fans so I wasnt sure what to expect when we stopped in today. We were pleasantly impressed! The service was outstanding and you could tell they were having fun but heres the big question; how is the ice cream? Well I am happy to report that It was absolutely out of this world. I had the straciatella and it was incredible! If you havent checked them out, whether you were a Murrays lover or not please go! Your tummy will thank you!! SOOOO happy you all decided to open. We will be back. A lot.

I would consider myself an ice cream conniseaur as I get to travel all over the US and sometimes intercontinentally. This is the BEST ice cream I have ever had!! If you are visiting KC, this is a must-have on your list. If you live here or in the metro area, it is well worth the 15-20 min drive. You will NOT be disappointed... they make their own flavors and rotate them frequently. For those who remember Murrays, I would say that it BETTER than Murrays.

Super incredible icecream and fun atmosphere! Only complaint was the manager (or owner?) who was so rude to the poor employees in front of a line of customers. He went up to one of the assuming new employees & said "youre doing this wrong! Youre using the wrong utensil. Im not gonna tell you again." It was upsetting to see the kid trying so hard. Other than that, icecream & other employees were amazing!!

The flavors were super unique. You may go in looking for the regular old vanilla or cookies and cream but what you will find will be much different but in such a great way. With flavors like ghost pepper chocolate, cookie monster (personal favorite), cookie crunch and many more unique flavors available, Im sure any ice cream lover will love this place.

I tried the wonderful ice cream just the other day and I got to say its one of the best ice creams I have ever had. The texture is so smooth and velvety. Tried the strawberry graham, Cookie Monster, and key lime. The Cookie Monster was so delicious! The owner I believe was there and she is very nice lady! And so was everyone! I plan to be a regular!

Huge servings, authentic flavorful tastes, charismatic and outgoing owner, ongoing new ice cream flavors, their Italian ice is the best Ive ever had, they accept all forms of payment including American Express. Would be fun if they hosted an ice cream eating contest. I gladly will drive 20 minutes for their ice cream!

A new favorite ice cream spot!! The staff was super friendly and more than willing to give me multiple samples. They were knowledgeable on their product and helpful. The ice cream is deliciously creamy with unique flavors like Cannoli, Ube, Jackfruit, and Lychee. You must stop by and check out this awesome ice cream

Got to try this place during their soft opening. Staff was friendly and excited to share all their flavors. Every flavor I tried was delicious. I cant wait till they are open full time. I have now gone back a couple of times and not nearly as impressed. Not sure what has happened but ice cream is pretty average.

My wife and I needed a day out, and in the course of our wanderings we found the new Westport ice cream bakery. Every flavor we sampled as we were given what amounts to a guided tour of their selection was amazing! With a promise of regular rotation of the flavors, there will be many returns!

Great place to enjoy a stellar snack. The owner is a quality guy and he is extremely passionate about his craft. Hes always cooking/freezing up something new and eager for folks to get a taste. I was only in the area for a few days but I went twice because it was so good. This is a must visit.

Steve was an A+ ice cream scooper! Each scoop was of nice proportion and perfectly balanced in my blue cake cone. The cookie monster and super magical unicorn ice cream were an excellent flavor combination. I will definitely be back for more next time my travels bring me to Kansas City!

Great ice cream place!!! We drove 30 minutes (in pouring rain) to get there and it was definately worth the trip!! Awesome flavors- both traditional and unique. The staff was so friendly!!! I will be sure to stop by here the next time were in KC.
