Hands down THE most negligent fast food restaurant I know of in St. Louis county. The 3 most recent times Ive been there, Ive had to leave twice due to their blatant incompetence. I never go during normal meal times, and there were only 1-3 other customers each time. The first time I was ignored inside by all the employees and never got to place an order. The second time I was in the drive through for 10 minuets before even one car in front of me got their food. The third time? I got my food, but I watched as someone else was ignored at the counter and had to leave. Unbelievable. I just stared at the overweight shift manager trying to get eye contact and ask her to at least boss the other employees into working. You think youre too good to work there? Fine. You think youre too good to talk to the human beings that walk into the building? Youre not just a bad employee, but a bad person. Its so infuriating watching some white-trash-meets-wanna-be "gangsta" type not even give you the time of day. Avoid at all costs.

The service is terrible. I mean, the manager and 2 other employees see me standing for over 5 minutes waiting to place my order and nobody said a word or made an attempt. The service for those in the drive thru was horrid and excruciatingly long. The food is not even up to brand standards, the place is filthy (dried soda syrup all over the dispenser, crusted catsup on tables, etc). If I could give negative stars I would have. But why did I give 2 stars? There was one stand out who, the moment he walked in you could tell he (and only he) cared. James came in and took charge getting people their food. He picked up some and felt how cold the food was and rather than just hand it out (as most people in most fast food places would do) he demanded the manager in the kitchen make fresh food. James service was clearly a diamond of service in a pen of crappy service and alone is worth 5 stars.

Absolutely the worst Jack In The Box in the West County area. Service is slow and half the time at night and way before closing time, things are out of service, equipment has been turned off or menu items are not available. When the staff know they havent given the best service, they deliberately do not provide the receipt and I am assuming this is so that you do not fill out the survey requested on the receipt. Also, Ive heard from several other patrons around the area that they bribe you with food items to get you to complete the survey with only positive marks. Food is fine....Service is definitely less than good.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Ive never been to such a RUDE fast food restaurant EVER! I am not sure what his name is and in no way am I being racist, but there is an heavy set African American guy that works drive through that NEEDS TO BE FIRED, I dont understand how he still has a job, not only has he been extremely rude to me and my husband, but judging by stories from my colleagues, me and my husband are not the only ones. We live less than a minute away from this particular Jack N the Box, but choose to drive the extra mile for a different location and will never be back at this one!!!!

This Jack in the Box is absolutely terrible. Their service is horrendous and they are always closed way before theyre supposed to be closed. The last 3 out of 4 times Ive been there theyve closed early. Last time I went it was 8:30pm and the guy said he was closed because he was the only one working. I drove all the way down to the location off of Manchester and there was only one person working there, and they were open! I refuse to go to this Jack In the Box ever again. They need to hire some people who actually want to work and arent so rude.

Ordered 2 tacos received with no cheese. Couple of weeks later same thing. Made a comment on their website regional manager called a couple of days later. Apologized and send he would send out some coupons. Never received anything. LOL I should have called Jack.

Dine in is terrible on Sunday night. Some people left and were never acknowledged! I usually like this place, but not up to par tonight. Use the drive through and you will get quicker service! !!!!

If I purchase food I should not have to pay for condiments. That is just sad I had to pay for my 2 buttermilk after spending 12 dollars on lunch. Thats juat sad...

Went inside and threw a cup into the trash and the guy behind the counter got pissed off because he just emptied it.... wount be going there anytime soon

Sign and website says open until 10 PM, but the lobby was closed at 9:15 PM. We had driven 25 minutes to get there. Not impressed

There is a sign over the drink machine for the drive thru telling employees to make your drink 3/4ths ice. Slow as dirt.
