Im normally not one to complain too much but something seriously needs to be done about this location. I literally work right around the corner and out of both convienence and preference Ive frequented this location but I can say with absolute resolution I will drive the extra 1/2 mile to Culvers and will NOT go back to this location. It is truly ridiculous how often they cannot get the clearest most simple order correct. To pay for extra cheese and get none for example is beyond frustrating. Ive spoken to the manager several times for exactly this but it is never any different. BK is over priced as is but to not even get what I order and have to eat it with the sad, old, soggy fries that seem to be the only way they serve them is crazy. I get that people make mistakes but this is the regular with this location. I guess I could hold up the line checking my order before I leave then wasting more time complaining or having them fix it but theres an easier solution. I will just not go back.

My family uses this Burger King a lot, but the service at this Eureka location is horrible. 4 out of 5 times in the past several weeks, they have "forgotten" to put the fries in my bag. Since they make you pull to the side to wait for your order, it is not easy to check it before they have disappeared inside again, causing you to go back around, park and go inside. For about 15 years now they have had one of those Order Screens where you can check your order, but only once in all of those years has it actually worked. This is also the only fast food restaurant I know of where they flat out refuse to read your order back to you. The intelligence level of employee at this location has been severely lacking for many years now, if they do get someone who is capable, they dont seem to last for long. This manager, and all of his employees, should be ashamed of their service, because it stinks!

WOW WTF NO WONDER THESE PEOPLE MAKE MINIMUM WAGE. If it would let me post a picture, I would post the picture I just took of my fry container with a plastic bag shoved in at the bottom.. I know why too, they like to shovel salt all over their fries and let them sit for ever and serve them all night so I ask for no salt so they make them fresh and I dont have to mess with cold fries like I had been doing for years. Last time Ill ever eat at burger King anywhere yet alone this effing eureka location.

Burger King happens to be one of my favorite fast food restaurant around. This particular one always has the nicest staff, but for some reason they make their food to sit there seemingly for hours before giving it to you. Ive found that if you go inside the foods pretty fresh. Forget the drive thru. Unless you like your food microwaved and soggy. Personally, I dont mind waiting however long if my food can be hot and fresh.

staff was great, very friendly and I was waited on as soon as I walked into the store!! Also my food was delivered within a reasonable time frame and it was delicious!! TENDERCRISP SANDWHICH A+

Bad!!! Check your food. Everytime I have been there they forget things. I only order for one person and off the menu with no special requests. Simple value meals always missing sides.

This BK is simple, quick, and close by in Eureka. Its also pretty easy to pull out onto 5th Street once youre done eating.
