We had an early dinner around 4pm so it was not busy. We ordered the Bourbon Honey Mustard wings which is a very mild wing flavor. The wings we received were hot and the fries were overcooked and cold. We complained to the waitress and her only suggestion was to add another sauce to the wings we already had. Also, I have never seen dark brown honey mustard with peppers in the sauce. We complained but that was all that was done to fix the problem. When we called the manager Tyler, later about the problem we were told we ate enough of the food so he would not be making anything right. We werent trying to get a free meal...Just trying to let him know there was a problem. He also commented that we should have complained more. I assumed complaining to your server in a calm voice is all that needed to be done. No scene is required. This manager Tyler would not be professional enough to even give his entire name. FAIL IN EVERY WAY. Definitely will not be back.

Im always disappointed with the speed of service and quality of food. You might as well go to Sonic across the street for wings. The only reason to go is the "atmosphere" if thats what youre in to. The waitress was one of the better Ive had on my last visit, but that usually isnt a stellar part of the experience either.

The service was awful and so was the food. My wings had the feathers still on them . I told the waitress, she carried the wing back to the kitchen and the only thing she came back and told me they say it happens from time to time, which means to me that they dont wash that nasty chicken.

Service was absolutely awful. Burger was microwaved. Waitress had another Waitress bring out our ticket. I watched her shove guy our way with ticket. Wonder why she wouldnt come back to our table. Sure she new we were fed up with waiting.

Service is bad when you have to ask for everything. Have been to several BWWs across the country and this was the worst service! The bartender even tried to charge me for what the person sitting next to me ordered. Never again.

Overall, very pleased. Beer selection was good, food was decent and quick, we didnt wait at all, but the service was phenomenal! Our waitress was amazing; positive attitude, accurate, and attentive! A+ for her.
