This place is horrid. Time and time again, we have terrible service. Getting denied drink refills, being ignored, treated rudely. We used to come here all the time, but our last four visits have been terrible. This past visit was the last chance we were giving to this location. The final nail in the coffin was when a huge party of males was taken care of after coming in five minutes after us. We sat there for about ten minutes before we were acknowledged. The food here is good. Its just the service we dont like. I did contact this location once, and got a coupon for a free snack-sized boneless wing. Were pretty disappointed though, overall. Next time we feel like wings, well just go to the location by the Speedway. Were so sick of being ignored here.

Waitress was super slow. They were pretty dead and we ordered 2 drinks and then food to go. I told her we were ordering 2 drinks and then food to go. She took my drink order but then disappeared. Finally came back and then took my husbands drink order and food order. Disappeared again and then came back with drinks. Disappeared again and didnt come back until she brought our food. We were sitting at the bar with only 4 other people at the bar. We were there for over 45 minutes. Called ahead to ask how busy they were, was told they werent and they really werent and were told a to go order would take about ten minute. Yet it took over 45? Kind of ridiculous.

My buddies and I go to Bdubs, all the time. For years, we have had great experiences going to this location but lately that experience I cherished has been poor. Lately the servers have been grumps and seem to hate having guests. I like bdubs and their food is decent, i enjoy the environment, and will continue to go, but I think their server need to get it together.

Wings are good but have decreased in size over time. Servers are good. Best time to go is during a sports event (loved this place during the World Cup and NFL Draft). Food is not good, just get wings, trust me! Mango Habanero, Carribean Jerk, and Honey BBQ are their best flavors (if you dont mind heat).

Excellent service. Girls at front greeted us, and helped us sign in with the app to get discounts. We sat at the bar and got free chips and salsa. Neither one of us had alcoholic drinks, but werent treated any differently. The two girls were friendly and attentive! Wing were hot, but tasty!

Great place to go if you dont want the food you order. Ordered a black bean burger for my fiance who cant eat meat, and they decide shed rather have a chicken and bacon sandwich. When left the house again to get the order and they have virtually zero fixins on it, just the burger.

The waiter we got to begin with was not good, Brandon was awesome but he was put with our table too late, not his fault but we only seen our original waiter one time then sat for 20 min without a refill offer or anything. Will not go back to this one again

Great wings and okay food. Its good for football games and the blazing challenge can make for a fun meal. The 4 stars is for your wait staff alone! I have never had more enthusiastic and fun staff serving me! Manager even did the blazing challenge with us!

Today was my first ever meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. Chicken was over-battered and over-cooked, over-spiced and over-priced. Ill stick with Popeyes, Kentucky Fried, or my spouses chicken (which is better than any of the restaurant-cooked poultry any day).

I ordered my food 40 minutes in advance, before I went on break, I told them when I would be there to pick up the food, and it still was not ready. It took them almost an hour to make 12 wings. I only ate two before I to clock back in from break.

Good boneless wings and appetizers. Usually order carry out because of how loud the restaurant can be. Dine in service can be hit and miss. Last visit service was not that great. Carry out is usually fast and accurate.
