Ive had really good service with this place until tonight. I arrived 2 minutes prior to closing and they were already cleaning and had locked the door. The boy working just stared at me and did nothing else. Im extra salty about this because I was trying to pick up some soup for my sick SO. When you close at "9" you should actually close at 9:00.

We have been here a few times since theyve opened. We were eating right at the opening of Black Friday, and they were short one staff member! I think they did eventually show up but the line was pretty long. Those couple people working were definitely trying their best!

Clean, fast and easy to get to. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking in 2016 as not all other tenants have opened up yet. Easy to get a long truck trailer combo in, out, and parked in the big lot.

Such good sandwiches. Sure theres a lot of sub shops but Potbelly really has a great take on it and the staff at the Woodbury location are very nice and help get you your food quickly!
