After waiting for 15 mins in drive thru because of the car in front of us or should I say the horrible service! We could see our blizards melting in the window then they tried to give us our blizards melting down the side and when we asked for covers the staff was snotty! this is not the first time but will be the last we drive to hastings for the great and fast service its worth the money and drive!!! Prescott dq is horrible owner needs to wake up!!!!

DQ in downtown Prescott has always had issues. If your order is right its like winning the lottery. Be sure to check your bag, your burgers, your boxes, and all of your drinks before pulling away from the drive up. The food is almost always hot and the ice cream is almost always still frozen. But, it is hit or miss weather youll get the size or order you actually wanted and ordered. Regardless the number of times you clarified it.

My family stopped on a weekend for some twist cones. The chocolate machine was not working which was a bummer so we all had plain vanilla cones- then we all had stale cones! I was not pleased! The town I grew up in has a dairy queen and in 30 years I cant remember any machines down or stale cones.

The food is good. Five bucks lunch cant be beat. Closest thing there is to fast food in Prescott Wisconsin. Super convenient. Very nice hard-working employees
