I was turned away recently because 2 employees had gotten into a physical altercation and had to be arrested. No one was left to make food. Another time they were short staffed because one employee that was supposed to show up was in jail. Despite being short handed, they worked with no urgency. It took 20 minutes to get one item with only 3 people ahead of me. They often work with only 2 employees, so if you are going here, you should plan on waiting a while. And I agree with other people comments that you need to check the order right away because when their employees arent busy breaking the law and being arrested, they do not pay attention to detail. I cant tell though whether its that they are not smart or just dont care. Most likely a combination of both. When it takes that long to complete an order and its incorrect, who wants to wait in line that long a second time for the correct order?

Worst experience ever. Me an my fiancé waited for our food for over 20 minutes. Brushed it off an sat down to eat our food. Then when we opened our food have of it was made wrong. We went up to the counter an politely told them that it was made wrong. The manager says whats ur problem, we had a problem with you last time.it wasnt our fault the food was made wrong. We just wanted the food we paid for. We asked an employee for the corporate number an was told I dont know it. Everyone was very rude. Cant say I will ever go back to that Taco Bell I would rather drive 15 minutes to a different Taco Bell an get treated with respect.

Great food. Usually great service. The time you go and the people there making it is what makes the restaurant nice. So the employees during the day may be great, but very few at night exist. My recent visit (not even close to my first) I ordered a burrito. Half of the ingredients were on the outside of the tortilla and the center of the burrito had nothing in it. This is the kind of service that usually gets people written up, but not fired(thankfully). The employees at night need to be just as mindful as those during the day, and then Id easily rate it 4 stars(sry, its too small for such a nice place in general).

Short staffed and rude. I went there at 12:30 p.m. on a Friday night. They had all the lights off and 3 guys were sitting at a table. Went around the lot 3x and finally knocked on the window. Dude opened the window with an attitude saying they had no people and were cleaning up. HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES IT REALLY TAKE TO MAKE SOME TACOS?? And if u are too short staffed to serve, put up a damn note so people know!

I ordered a Fiesta Taco Salad with Steak. When I go home with my order I discovered a plain salad (no taco shell) with black beans, rice, veggies, and sauce. NO STEAK AT ALL. Also, ordered three beefy Frito burritos. Each burrito contained only two Frito chips. What a cheap rip off. It wasnt worth the drive back to get the proper order, but I doubt if Ill ever go back there again. Horrible service.

I have tell you how impressed i was with the taco bell in hastings. I was with my son picking up an order. This is a new store with a new system and several new employees. Everyone was doing their absolute best to work through a difficult situation. They handled it with grace and professionalism. They were quick to apologize and make things right. Definitely it will be my favorite fast food place!

They didnt give me 2 of the items that I ordered. And I was the only one in line until shortly before I got my order and then there was somebody else placing an order. Otherwise theres nobody else there so its kind of insane that they forgot two of my items I paid for.

Ordered a simple ticket. And I got home and it was wrong. I called to check, it was rang in wrong do its my fault in a way too, but the person answering the phone sounded like he already knew there was a problem. Like the only calls they get are complaints.

Its convienient because its close but i wont be going again,half the time they get your order wrong and almost always the food is slapped together , missing ingriedients and half out or off the tortilla and smashed in the wrapper!

Food always tastes great and service is usually quick. Have had some issues getting incorrect or missing items in the mornings a few times but the staff is always very friendly.

I think its horrible what Hastings taco bell has become. A hangout for 13 years old girls to meet up with 17 and 18 year old boys. Wont ever eat there again.
