I went to noodles a few minutes ago to get butter noodles with shrimp which i did nothing wrong with that i wait till she calls my name so i can receive my order i get it then drive home.when i get home i start eating and as i took a bite A BIGG ASS PIECE OF LONG STRAIGHT HAIR CAME ALONG WITH IT THAT I FOUND IN MY FOOD. After finding that i did not finish my food it turned my stomach. If you see this please pay attention to your food before you end up being the next person to catch a females strand of hair in your food. After this just happened i will never eat at noodles again that is so unsanitary please put on hair nets that is not okay.i am highly disappointed to find a nasty ass piece of hair in my food!

I have usually been happy with this noodle co, but my last 2 times have just been so so. The first time my chicken was burnt so bad and of course it was a Togo order. The second time I payed for a regular and got a small. Called when I got home and they said they would send me a coupon. That never happened and its been 2 weeks. Not only did I pay more than I should have, but my food had clearly been mixed up with someone elses Mac n cheese and just tossed about. Really disappointed since Ive been a fan for so long.

Had the mac and cheese, a dish I normally like but at this location I think youd be better off saving 10 dollars and going with kraft for a dollar, I told them and they just jammed more cheese on it which didnt help, flavorless trash. And there were only 2 clean tables in the whole place. I normally really enjoy noodles and Co but this location was less than impressive.

This location has failed to add the sauce to my Pad Thai twice, probably a side effect of how busy they get. This location is always packed, always. If there is a promo of any kind, its even worse. They really aught to open another location in the area to ease the congestion!

Im giving three stars because usually the food has been good from here. The food I just had was a one star. The chicken was terrible. When you bit into it and it felt like biting into a vegetable mixed with fat. I had to feed most of it to the dogs.

My only complaint is how backed up the lines get. I wish they would open another noodles closer to the Cottage Grove area to fix the problem of being so incredibly busy. This is not the fault of this store, and I realize that.

I was just there an I asked for NO MUSHROOMS because Im allergic, I call back and tell them what happened and the girl was like well what do you want me to do about? Ummmm fix.... But no I guess not. Ill just starve.

Ordered online and the order was incorrect. I cant understand how difficult it is to read a order and make the food. I was refunded the money but still not happy about the service.

I know you dont come here to get great pasta. It is not going to happen. But you could at least cook the vegetables and mix the sauce with the noodles before it reaches the table.
