POISONING ALERT - POISONED BY TOPPERS! My girlfriend and I ordered a medium bacon and feta cheese pizza, and when it was delivered to our apartment, we noticed that there was barely any feta cheese on it. When I called and explained this to the manager, he seemed apologetic, and told me another pizza would be sent over. After a second pizza was delivered, my girlfriend and I began to eat it and we both noticed not only a slightly bitter, chemically taste to the pizza but a numbing sensation in both of our mouths. It was a subtle taste so we didnt think much of it. Shortly after this, my girlfriend and I both became quite sick, and both started feeling very tired, lethargic, dizzy, and nauseous. This sickness continued for days. It is our belief that our pizza was poisoned with Visine or another chemical not intended for consumption. We ruled out any other possible causes of our illness. DO NOT order anything from here.

4.6 miles from my location and you dont deliver? When I asked why, I was told by this woman that "she doesnt make the borders and that they are what they are." I guess thats kind of an answer, but Ive never seen a well known pizza place that doesnt deliver to a place that takes under 10 minutes to get to. Has to be a reasonable explanation? I guess 4.6 miles or 9 minutes is too far? I love your pizza, but Ive always hated how Im treated by this location. I used to live 3 blocks away on Grand Avenue and even then the customer service was terrible. Ive always overlooked it, but your delivery zones are almost as bad a Jimmy Johns now and the people working in the store have a major attitude problem -- cant speak for the delivery team since Ive only been delivered to once or twice.

We ordered a cheese pizza and an order of wings. The crust was good, but there wasnt a consistent amount of cheese on top and there were patchy areas where cheese was missing. The pizza was a little greasier than I like, but the kids liked it. The wings were ok, I asked for Bleu Cheese dressing, and for 12 wings, they give you a small plastic container that wasnt even filled half way up. The dressing was AWFUL. There was absolutely NO TASTE to it, no chunks of cheese in it - we just threw it away. How can you have wings with no dressing??? That was a bummer. Next time we order cheese pizza and wings, well get it from Green Mill a block away. Have to wait longer, but the food is better.

The pizza they sent was undercooked to the point I had to call and ask for a replacement, the manager said thats how all the pizzas are and joked that if the pizza was cooked anymore it might get burnt. He sent a replacement that was so burnt the crust was literally black, I tried to call toppers back but they would pick up the phone and not say anything. I will never be ordering from here again, the way the staff treated me was very unprofessional and disrespectful! The assistant manager was especially disrespectful.

My roommates called to order food, toppers took the order. An hour passes, we redial the same number to see where our food was, as it was taking a bit long. They claim we never called them from any of our phone numbers, which is clearly not the truth as we simply hit redial on one of our phones to call them back the second time. The mistake is not so much what we are upset about, it was the attitude of the lady who handled the phone call that really made our experience so bad.

My overall rating would be 3.5 to 4.5. Wasnt the best ever, but still pretty good. The delivery guy was awesome! He was funny and nice and handled the pizza well and didnt seem to mind delivering in the snow at 7:30 or so at night. Apparently his name was Omarr Brown. With two r s. The cheese pizza was a bit iffy, but the pepperoni was good. The cheese bread was AWESOME. Still like Papa Murphys the very best, but if you need hot pizza fast, this seems a pretty good way to go.

Best crust youll ever eat. The right amount of crispy on the bottom and soft in the middle. Their signature pizzas (toppers sticks and mac n cheese, to name a few) are the stuff of legend, and they make sure your pizza is hot when it arrives (weve had 2 hour old pizza from pizza hut more than once -- unacceptable). It also doesnt suck that the owner, Brad, is a sexy beast.

My family and I visited this pizza parlor, very nice in side, warm and inviting, soon after we began having are pizzas delivered. The last three time there have been some issues, with what we ordered. Im big on ranch sauce, hate red, its been red the last three times. Needless to say, there still are favorite, however, I do now look much more carefully at the ingredients.

Me and my boyfriend order from this place all the time and they have really good food and service. Its just there a bit tooooo friendly. They knock once then just walk right up in our house for some reason. This has happened three timess in the past. Not sure if its apart of their job description to just barge in someones home but it very rude

Ordering is a hassle, I called like five times they dont answer their phone. Finally made an order, delivery was stated to be over an hour, then they called back 15 minutes later said they wouldnt be taking any order tonight. The business needs better management, or procedures of operation.

The person who answered the phone tonight couldnt have cared less about being courteous. When asked about specials, he defiantly ignored the request prompting me to check if anyone was there. Rather than deal with his apathy, I made other arrangements.

This is the second time Toppers has delivered me the wrong pizza. I called the store and the manager didnt even apologize (although he did offer to send out the right pizza) which would have been appreciated. Probably wont order from them again.

Quality pizza! Served quickly, great crust, and nice staff. Dont expect the best pizza youve ever had and Im sure youll have a lovely experience. Its your regular slightly up-class pizza joint, not very different from Punch or Pizza Lucé.

If you call to resolve an issue of being charged for an order that you placed online and they dont receive it, you will get yelled at and hung up on because theyre "too busy" to care that they just stole your money.

I would order from them again....but they dont deliver in my area.....thats what they told me but took my order the day before and my money knowing they dont deliver in my area.... Very disappointed..... :-(

Worst experience ever for late night. I will be contacting the BBB and pursuing any legal challenges I can. Expected delivery at 1:34am; past 2:10 with no delivery and no one answers the phone upon call.

Toppers makes a good pizza but this location on Grand could stand some improvement of its workers. The dude behind the counter basically ignored us for five minutes before he took our order.
