We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a bacon bleu burger, both with fries, for delivery. They asked if we wanted tomato and lettuce on them, one had the tomato and lettuce, one did not. Our food came. And we realized it was incorrect. My friend (who placed the order) called them and tried to talk to them about the situation. We explained what was wrong with the order and we got a woman on the phone, who said she made the cheeseburgers. She called us a liar and said that they were correct. We got one bleu cheeseburger with the wrong toppings (lettuce/tomato) and one just plain ol cheeseburger. And no fries. We ordered fries, which apparently never made it to the receipt in the first place. But again, we were called liars about ordering fries. My friend gave up on trying to deal with the lady. So I called, and got a man, I asked to speak to the manager, and I got another man, I explained the situation and he stated "Actually, I am not the manager, hold on a sec…" And then I got to the woman, who again could not comprehend that they screwed up the order (which is fine, it happens) but to have attitude and call us liars for food that was simply incorrect was blasphemy. She would not let up. I tried to calm her down by asking why she needed to have such an aggressive tone when I was simply trying to explain the situation. She then said so we forgot two pieces of bacon?. We continued talking and she would not let up on the attitude, she also wanted to let us know that she didnt have time for this and that she was busy and since this was over two pieces of bacon it did not deem necessary. She also did suggest that they could bring out a small fry and two pieces of bacon, but get this… Wed have to pay for the small fry. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The burger that wasnt even correct also tasted terrible.

Last night I ordered pizza from this place for delivery. The young delivery driver told me he had to slam on his brakes on the way to my house. We opened the pizza and it was smushed to one side of the box. I told the driver I would not accept this pizza. He said he would go get another and be back. I called into the restaurant again to let them know what was going on. The "manager" was nice and said she would give me 10% off the pizza when the driver returned. Thought that was the end of it. The delivery driver called back like 5 minutes later and said "Ill bring you your pizza but Im not giving you 10% off. That he was the owners son and he didnt care about my wait or the fact that the first pizza was smushed. He then got belligerent and started cursing at me. I of course got angry and started yelling myself. Then I mentioned about how it was smushed again and he said he had pieced the pizza back together, as if he were going to bring me the exact same pizza I just turned away. Owners son or not, absolutely terrible service. worse if he is really the owners son. You would think that an "owner" if you will, would be more customer oriented. He was having a bed night taking it out on customers. I do NOT recommend this place. It has lost my business forever and I hope you dont order from them either.

Pretty good pizza. Crust is good, it can get just a touch "crumbly" on bottom for me. But thats nit-picking, one of the best pizzas in town. Prices are very good. Great value and very good quality. The deep-fried tacos are awesome. Good fresh toppings. Might not be everyones cup-of-tea but the Mrs. and I love them. You at LEAST have to try them once. The burgers, although a little "simplistic" and can get expensive fast with add ons, are surprisingly flavorful. Im not sure what hes adding to the meat, but it works and more places should be doing it as well. We havent gone through the whole menu. The ribs and such are supposed to be very good. But everything weve tried has been very good. The only minor problem here would be consistency. A tad underdone one time, a little burnt the next. Not a BIG deal. Always tastes fine. The owner is a character, I mean that in a good way. Thats probably why the food is so good. Its always an adventure. There is VERY little seating - 2 tables, so be prepared for that. Lets call it a take-out and delivery joint. If you live in area and havent tried Eastside yet, you have been missing out on a little gem.

Love Love the Pizza. Its losing 2 starts because of service and size. And yes, at times they are rude, customer services has really dropped since they reopened it under new ownership a while ago.. The guy (not sure if he was the owner) he was awesome when it first reopened. Havnt seen him all summer though. And for the other reason a lost star, I am ordering the extra large pizza for a reason. I NEED A BIG PIZZA! If i wanted a medium, i would order one. 3 times now, i get the pizza and it’s not the size it should be. Once I took it back and they admitted it was too small and made me a small to go with it. These last two times I didnt even bother taking it back, I just wont order from them for a while. Sad thing is I have sent them a LOT of business. I have referred them quite a few customers. I will take a break from them for a few months. It’s really sad, because they do have great pizza.

Creative service, Creative Pricing and Creative Pizza! The other night I order over the phone and let them know that I had a coupon from a viable source and was told "Ok, Ill accept it this one time". Thanks. Im looking at the website and order two pies only to arrive for pick up and find out that "the prices on the website were -2 weeks old- so it cost me $4 extra. I was going to challenge the pricing and leave the pies there but the young lady smiled, or smirked, Im not sure. Bravo to the innovative chefs that came up with a way to have the edge of the crust burnt like grandmas toast yet leaving the middle of the crust sort of spongey-like the first pancake off the griddle. Mmm-mmm! I love pancakes!

First Timer; Got 3 Things: East Side Melt Pastrami; Nachos Supreme; Deep-Fried Taco: ESM Pastrami was pretty d*mn good. the melt had good consistent flavor and there was nothing shady about the meat or any of the other toppings. the meat was a little dry but very soo lighty that it didnt bother me much. Nachos Supreme was good overall, I took a little longer to get the food but still the nachos tasted good still. (snow like crazy so extra driving time). but the nachos looked good and was full of toppings and assortments D-F Taco. Basically put something i would definitely order again time over time. never had it but tried and loved it. Will give it a 5 but havent tried other items on the menu yet..
