Having never been to this chain before I came looking for a quick sandwich to go that was different from the norm and was delightfully surprised at the quality of my visit compared to the expectations I have for comparable fast food sandwich shops. Walking in, I found the menu is organized, easy to read, and the food all looked really good for the price point (which is comparable to chains that have lower quality food and service). The establishment was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I interacted with three different staff members and each was happy to interact with me and discuss the products available. After purchasing my sandwich I was excited to noticed that they have a huge variety of free hot sauces and a house barbecue sauce you can try. My sandwich was great. The ingredients were plentiful (including the meat) and I was full with just 6 of a 12 of a combo. $10 for a good 12 sandwich, a drink and chips. Ill be back if I can.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered online and went to pick up, they said the system isnt accepting your card. I said okay, so I received a confirmation so my card is gonna be charged what can I do? The girl says to me "I dont know." Then Im assuming the manager took over and let her go do dishes. Calls his owner: "the only way it wouldnt go through is if the card didnt have enough money" I know exactly how much is in that account, that is NOT the issue. Then after 10min of him listening to his owner talk. "Well we cant give you the food." I get it was 10min to close. I work next store, retail. I get it, I was just hungry and wanting something to eat. So sorry I was trying to give my retail neighbors business. So upset.

This place rocks! Steamed meats = awesomeness. I usually get the Turkey and Mushroom sub, called the Engineer. Ive also had the Hook and Ladder and the Smokehouse brisket. All good options. Try their own hot sauce on it. Called Captain something something. Its hard to call it a hot sauce as it looks more like a bbq sauce, but it has a kick with peppers in it. Its perfect on the sandwiches. Friendly service too. By far my favorite chain sandwich spot in Woodbury.

Easy 5 star rating for this Firehouse Subs location. Fast service, great tasting subs, friendly and interactive staff, clean bathrooms with pleasant smelling soap, nicely themed firefighter styled ambiance, generally quiet, and located in a truly friendly well-kept area. I highly recommend this place to everyone for good eats and a peaceful atmosphere.

I didnt like it, but my wife did. I didnt think the higher price was justified with the flavors. Id rather go to Quiznos or which-which for the same price. Subway for cheaper pricing and value.

Finally have military discount of looks 10%. Sub i order was number 10 but meat on it was like diced mets. Not slices of meat like the photos. So 1 star cut. Clean place. Okay layout
