Walked in and almost every table was dirty. there was a long line with one person ringing people in, I did not see anyone in the kitchen and one person that looked kind of like she was attempting to clean the dining area. of the three staff I saw they all looked like they could have used a shower a couple days ago. with the line and how long it took them to do anything in the five minutes we were there we figured we would leave and go to the Apple Valley location and get our food faster. and everything and everyone looked dirty, not really what I want cooking my food or eating my food in

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars in stead of 1 is because they never mess up our order. Other than that, through the past year their food quality has gone way down and so has timeliness of their service and service staff in general. They also neglect their dining areas and there are often more dirty tables than clean. I can tell they are having staffing issues, but as a manager at a restaurant I know that if you dont pay attention to the important things staffing isnt going to change anything. I have stopped eating here because it just wont change, I gave them a year..

I want to like this location since its so close to my house, but I havent had a good experience the last several times I was in. The staff are not friendly, plenty of orders wrong while I waited 20 minutes for my order, which was also wrong. Always a line of people and so many people waiting for their food, they are sitting at tables, most of them not clean.

Worst experience ever!! Customers waiting 25 minutes for food with slow service. Seating area looked and smelled like a food fight. When we finally received our order, every meal was made incorrect and then had to wait another 10 minutes to have them correct it. Not even an apology offered by management (if there was even one there).

Went for lunch today 6/13/17. Had a guy named AJ take care of us. Food was good, but AJ is the man. He has the best attitude at work Ive ever seen, he has fun with the customers. I never felt like I was waiting for my food. AJ was on top of things and was the most fun employee Ive ever delt with at an eating establishment ever.

Good food in a warm atmosphere. Small menu but if you like noodles you will be happy. Fresh salads also that are very strong flavor and delicious . They also have beer and plenty of parking. Ordering is fast..you sit down with s number and they bring the food out to your table. Very clean bathrooms.

The food is fine. Its fast and somewhat inexpensive in terms of fast food. If youre looking for a change of pace with burgers and fries, get some quick noodles here. Their chicken isnt great (flash-cooked, stringy), but they do have a revamped menu with more items (including sandwiches).

Not what I was expecting at all. People talk about fast food noodle places with horrible reviews. Went out to lunch here for a business meeting and the food was amazing. Staff was very helpful, I would definitely recommend to anyone! Wish we had one of these in northern Minnesota.

I get to go orders here all the time. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Only issue with the facility is I can barely find a clean table to sit at just to wait to get my order. Also, the employees could smile more...instead of portraying such a stand off demeanor.

The food is good and honestly all of the Asian dishes are delicious. The mac and cheese is also yummy. I would skip the chicken though. What my wife got for chicken was flat, did not look like chicken, and lacked any sort of chicken flavor.
