By my observations this is a place where people are much more interested in the QUANTITY of food they eat and not the quality. It is not an overstatement that many brands of frozen pizza will taste equal to or better than what they serve. The salad bar fixings were limited to inexpensive options; iceberg lettuce but no romaine or dark leafy varieties, salad dressings laden with corn syrup, cherry tomatoes picked too early, orange shavings which pass as real cheese. Few patrons were eating anything from the salad bar. The pizza and salad bar are both terrible but there are several other reasons you might feel sick to your stomach. The in-your-face, 5-foot square "Christian Music" display at the cashier and the posters which conflate cowboys and active military personal crossed the line. I began looking around for anti-abortion, pro-gun and anti-gay literature but perhaps I missed that? Half the folks eating in this place looked tired from carrying around an extra fifty to one-hundred pounds of body fat and some of them were not old enough to have a drivers license. This is not an exaggeration. Most were dining on the fried chicken which other reviews raved about but I avoided. Dare I say that even McDonalds, Wendys and Burger King offer more healthy choices and better tasting food. But alas, they dont offer all-you-can-eat pizza or deep fried options do they?

First off I will agree the pizza is not incredible. I like the fried chicken. People who complain about christian music are stupid. Like that music is offensive or something... I am a fat, typical american. I go here to eat a lot... if I want REAL GOOD pizza I order Savoys or Carbones... my coworkers and I go here for lunch 1-2 a month and we know what we are getting. I think you are being a little dramatic with the "black cloud over the community" (I mean are you familiar with Maplewood? Ever been to the Myth on fight night?) routine... the pizza is about equal to the old Broadway pizza buffet that went down across the street... where they improved is on the chicken and salad bar. plus cactus bread is good and sometimes we say the soft serve ice cream compares to DQ... so in other words... If you are expecting ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT pizza at the quality of a top notch parlor for ten dollars a head... you havent been out to eat recently... and if eating next to fat people at a buffet bothers you, you should beat yourself with a tac hammer, because you are officially retarded and should get the states recognition for it. Have a good day!

We dine quite frequently at this particular Pizza Ranch. The food is wonderful! We especially love the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza! You cannot get this pizza anywhere else! The chicken is spectacular! We like the fact that if they do not have something on the buffet that you want, you can order it and they deliver it to your table. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Staff greet you as you walk in and bids you goodbye as you leave. We really enjoy the Christian music, in fact the music is a big draw for us. We have been to places where the music is so loud and obnoxious that it makes it impossible to have any type of conversation. The cowboy theme is very unique. You do not see this anywhere else. We Love it and recommend trying this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique dining experience!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Delivery driver did not follow the address he was given, than called 4 times to confirm location with me, I called back to explain but he still couldnt figure it out. Manager told me they would give me a $5 off my order, order was delivered and driver was given cash minus $5 off total. 15 minutes later the driver came back and told me I didnt pay enough so I explained my conversation with the manager. After the driver left, I called manager back, she told me the $5 credit was for a future order, as to which I responded there would not be a future order. Total disorganization and complete lack of communication amongst staff at the Maplewood Pizza ranch.

Agree with past reviews, like CiCis with chicken and a salad bar. $13 for an adult on the weekend is pretty good. I liked the variety of pizza that was available. People complaining about christian music are just complaining. The music sound like easy listening 102.9 before it went country. Pros: Variety of pizza and other food to try. Beverage included in buffet price. Nice clean restaurant Suprisingly went really far with the Ranch theme, most other restaurants are really bland. Good pizza, better than Davannis but not Pizza Hut. (Minor) Cons: Garlic Cheese Pizza didnt taste like garlic at all Ice cream is only vanilla and no toppings. Good on dessert pizza but bland by itself.

My wife, son, & I have been to this Pizza Ranch about 10 times and we have enjoyed our experience 9 out of the 10 times. The lone time that we didnt enjoy our experience was last night when we went 1 hour and 45 minutes before closing time (we normally go at 11am) but everything looked old, they only had thin crust, it took them around 40 minutes to bring out a pizza that we requested and it was cold, and they treated us as if they were just ready to go home so the customer service was that great. Other than that this place is awesome.

this place is disgustingly american. all you can eat pizza and fried chicken. the pizza is Weak. a disgrace to pizza and its italian origins. what does pizza have to do with cowboys? the whole "manifest destiny" theme they have going on really gave me the creeps. maybe it was just the christian radio station they had playing the whole time... or maybe it was the grossly obese man who sat at the table next to us. places like this really cast a dark cloud over any community they exist in.

I never write reviews but I was so unhappy with my experience at this location. I came super excited for delicious pizza and was immediately disappointed. I usually get breadsticks first, a fresh plate came out of the kitchen and those were cold. Another one came out, also cold, even after speaking to the manager. The rest of the pizza was also old and cold, luckily you can request your own. I know no managers actually care when you say you wont be back, but its true. Yuck!

What kind of business turns away a family. What kind of business dont habe $40 change so we could eat. Very disappointed I will never return to your business. Ive spent a lot of $ there and will never go back! I will tell everyone what was done so they dont go there.

Good food lots of choices if u can get anything other customers will cut in line and push u out of the way to take food away from you very rude and annoying people had to wait ten minutes for more food and then u had to fight your way up there.needs to be be controlled more even through its all you can eat.still like pizza ranch I recommend it if u can get something they should call it pizza fight..lol
