Ordered a birthday cake, banana split, blizzard and peanut buster parfait. Once I arrived home and began to eat my peanut buster parfait, there were long strands of blonde hair in it. I called the store, talked to a manager and she said she would send out coupons to replace the money I spent. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing. The girl at the register had even lied to me and said that the didnt sell blizzard cakes, and then magically they did. We threw away the 20 something dollar cake, afraid of the Hair Issue. We had 6 more birthdays to celebrate for August so our new much better quality and customer service from Cold stone.

Me and my wife had a fun little ritual where we would hit up the DQ for some ice cream after our Thursday game night with friends. Since we went there literally every week, it was a no brainer when the local elementary kids came around with a fundraiser coupon book. It had 12 buy one get one blizzard coupons after all. We used them without issue until last night, when the manager on duty intercepted the coupon and said "Those arent accepted at *this* location." Well, I hope it was worth it to save the buck. Weve found a new Thursday night treat spot to go to.

Pros: Food is always good Frozen treats are always good, blizzards well mixed Staff is friendly Cons: Very cramped parking area/drive through The location in general is poor, it needs a lot more space considering the next con; Always really busy, which typically means dining in leaves you having to sit at a recently used/poorly cleaned table In general, its a good restaraunt especially if you happen to go at a slow time when its not off the chain

Rumor circulated a few years ago that this is the top DQ in the country in sales... No idea if thats true, but come on a summer afternoon and you can believe it! This place usually has a line at the drive thru, but stuff handles it well and service is quick. Ive come with guests that have nut allergies, and theyve taken extra care to clean the machines for us before making our treats. Highly recommended.

Horrible! Im used to having blizzards made from the Dairy Queen in Woodbury with very little topping so tonight I requested extra topping (and paid for it). To my suprise, I still had hardly anything in my blizzard. Im pretty sure that if I would not have asked for extra, I would have ended up with strictly vanilla ice cream. From now on, Im only going to Cold Stone!

I love this place, but when I asked them to put no lettuce on my chicken wrap, they STILL put it on! Very frustrating. Also, the grilled cheese tastes like plastic. And the chicken sandwich tasted funny. Ill still return in the future, but Ill just have to triple check if they got my order correct.

Be prepared to turn your car off and scream into the intercom system to order food at the drive-thru. The intercom system has been broken since last year. Management is aware of the issue but they refuse to correct it. Today was the proverbial straw, you lost a long time customer today.

Always a great atmosphere here. These are mostly teenagers that work here but oh boy are they trained well! They are very efficient and accurate. Best DQ Ive ever been to, but does get very busy daily in the summer.

Awesome DQ! Its almost always busy so be prepared, but good fresh food (as fresh as DQ can get) and good service and seating. Parking can be a challenge as the drive through is always busy
