They have two serving windows but only use one...It guys busy and really crowded! They use the same winfow for ordering and giving orders? Why not use second window and have customers who have purchased wait there...... Instead of having them wait right next to the people ordering in line? I dont understand. Ill post pics later.

My three-year-old could draw a better looking ice cream cone then what I was just handed. You are Dairy Queen how do you not know how to serve a proper looking ice cream cone? This thing look like an old wilted elves hat....and it was already melting to boot. Fail.

Not a huge selection to order from, no place to sit inside and I didnt notice a public restroom. The manager was rude to the employee that was taking my order, left me at half order and got not apologies for the interaction.
