I miss limes....At least half the reason I go to Chipotle is to drench everything in fresh lime juice. Because, lime juice. They stopped limes completely and started handing out lemon wedges only upon request when you are checking out. Argh. When I was there a couple of weeks ago, they again said the had no limes as the lady was standing 10 feet away with a giant container of limes that she was using to squeeze into the cilantro/lime rice. So, Ive been told that "Yes, we still have them, but we cant leave them on the bar because of cross-contamination." Fair enough - Theyve been ripped in the news lately - I get that. Ive been told "We no longer offer limes, but can offer you lemons instead." Gross. All citrus is not the same. Ive been told "We no longer offer limes to our customers." and then come back later that week and gotten a lime from the large man that does the cashiering. Granted - he probably wasnt even supposed to give me one as it was just generically cut in half, but he gets it anyway. Hero. No limes = No Chipotle

This is the worse Chipotle Ive ever been too. More than once I have received gristley, watery barbacoa and carnitas and the prep counter is always disgusting on their side of the glass. Multiple times I have witnessed a worker wipe the goo from the prep counter onto the floor with gloved hands then continue making a burrito without switching gloves. Ive also witnessed different employees work the cash register with gloved hands and then go back to prepping food. I know it gets busy in there but come on, thats just unsanitary.

Ive ordered online multiple times from this location. I ordered online 20 minutes ahead of time and my order wasnt even made yet. I understand mistakes are made sometimes but when Im on a 30 minute lunch break I dont have time. On top of that they have never fulfilled my "additional details". After being late and rushing back to work I open my burrito and theres no extras in there at all. I asked for double rice and double a few other things and not a single ingredient was doubled.

Well a couple weeks ago they messed up our order.. called them and they nicely compted us 2 free meals the next time we ordered.. called to make sure we had our meals still and then ordered this evening and our order was wrong.. they rang it wrong and had missing food again.. feel like they just dont care about quality and follow through.. going downhill..

This is our chipotle. The staff is always nice and always goes above and beyond to take care of you. I know that all Chipotles are meant to be uniform but there is just something special about the burritos here. Also, they always make sure to cook the fajitas thoroughly and unlike some chipotles the chicken is never burnt.

Awesome food! Imagine Mexican food qaulity, but a build your own meal just like Subway sandwich shops! Sure, its a $10.00 burrito, but its the size of a shoe! And, its very, very fresh! If you love burritos or burrito bowls, youve got to come here !

I broke my 12 hour fast here. Was craving fresh food and i got it. There was a line of about 10 people ahead of me. The line crew worked fast and kept the line moving.
