It seemed like a couple of teenagers up front who liked to flirt more than anything else. We stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to give our order, and the two kiddos up front totally ignored us. Finally the guy in the back making the food came forward and asked the guy who should have been taking our order if we had been served yet. Guy was like, "Yeah, I think so!" I guess maybe he was suffering from a severe case of short term memory loss! The food looked and smelled good, but I wasnt to impressed with the flavor. Its better to stick with their icecream products and go somewhere else for hot food!

I ordered a blizzard. They made it and handed it to me. I caught them and told them they didnt flip it upside down. I told them I get a free one. Then even though there were literally 50 places in the store at every table, on the menu and on the side of the building, saying "served upside down or free" they informed me thats no longer their policy and refused to honor it. Very disappointed

This lobby closed earlier than advertised and they dont keep their hours with Google updated. The person taking our order in the drive thru had our order way off and did not have one bit of politeness. We ended up leaving before getting our order. We were 1.5 hours into our trip home and just wanted to sit down to a DQ burger and Blizzard. Not possible here!
